    First, I would like to say just how much Michael cares for Kendall, I just want to shake the crap out of Michael and tell him to wake up and smell the coffee. That in fact he has feelings for Kendall so much so that he gives up everything for him. On some level he knew how he felt about Kendall since that night Kendall was so sick, even kissing him on the head just as his mother would do (which I just thought was a thing of beauty and done out of love). Kendall sees no hope that anything will ever change, so he suffers hiding his feelings from everyone, but he wears his heart on his sleeve for all to see! And he wants a life with someone who can full fill his needs to be loved. So great is his need that even his employees can see his pain.

    Some part of me wants to believe, in Michael are feelings for Kendall and these are true feelings unlike Candy. Which I think is a excellent comparison, just like black and white so only time will tell if it ever finds its way to the surface! With fingers crossed! Candy sure leaves a bad taste in the mouth!

    Well Gary I bet your surprise that I am reading this story again, how could I not? It is a master work of words and images as we see here. A heart ripped to pieces, the pain is so real for Kendall, his feelings come out like a river during a storm. And Micheal is no better, a long-time friendship ending is like a punch to the gut. It is all so sad and powerful. And what a piece of work is that, Candy! I have always loved this story Thanks so much for this exceptional story
