I love beets. They're super tasty. I love Swedish style 'pytt-i-panna' with fried eggs sunny side up and pickled beets on the side. Best hangover food ever. I also make this Indian beetroot stew with loads of cumin.
Last night we ate fish fingers and mash. I made the mash home-made with potato and sweet potato. Really nice combination. Sometimes I use carrots or swedish turnip as well. Less starchy, so a tad more healthy. Well, until I add a metric fucktonne of butter, that is.
Hi, Mac. Sounds like a very productive morning!
I've been writing too. Just finished a very dramatic and slightly violent coming out scene for Storms, so kind of emotionally drained now... Those are always the hardest ones.
Not too bad. Found myself looking up football (European, not American) stats from Boxing Day 2016 for a story. Not something I have ever done before. Now I know Chelsea beat Bournemouth 3-0, and Crystal Palace tied with Watford.
The longer you put something like this off, the harder it'll be. Julie should definitely just go for it. And I think you'll really like the next chapter.
Morning, DiC! That's a great word, tim.
Yeah... Boyfriend was like, how can you lose track of time sitting on your laptop when you've literally got it right in the top right corner of the screen? We both need to sort out our sleep schedules, though. Maybe the whole thing will be easier once he gets a job.
