Five and a half years seems like a long time to keep coming back looking, and hoping, for an update. But still, I come back. While I do agree with Dan South, in principle, in reality I am a greedy bitch who is always wanting more. So, whenever your muse brings you back to Ace and Deuce, I'll be back to entrench myself back into this wonderful world you've created.

I am so glad, for once, that Deke didn't listen. Kohen is not a child and Captain has got to stop thinking of him that way. Like Kohen isn't fully capable of taking care of himself and taking out most dangers that come his way. Glad that Kohen made it in time to save the both of them.

Ooohhhhhhh. Y'all's in trouble now. I do hope Chomper doesn't eat anybody whole. Maybe just a bite or two, here and there.

Hi there, I just found you and your stories a few days ago. This is the first of your stories that I decided to read, and I am so glad that I did. I laughed, I cried, I yelled and, at points, tried to pull my hair out. The flow of the story is amazing. I realize that this is an older story, and I absolutely intend to read the rest of your stories, but I am truly hoping that there is a sequel already written (or at least planned). If not, then this is me begging for that sequel. Thanks for the emotional rollercoaster. It was a hell of a ride.
