Thanks for the review Cannd! I just realized that thanks to my AWESOME internet connection, my first reply didn't post. I'll explore Gavin and Tate's feelings more in upcoming chapters and especially how Gavin handles it. Tate doesn't want to take that step with Gavin for a reason you mentioned earlier...he doesn't want his mate to feel lied to or betrayed if their relationship goes to the next level without the air being cleared. His bear on the other hand... Thank you for your review and for reading!
Thanks for the review Smoothy! It's very much appreciated! You'll have to use a bit of imagination, but I posted a few links below that if combined, would come close to Gavin's tattoo. Ch12 is coming soon. Thanks for reading!
LOL LadyDe, I love your reviews. My answers to your question is this . I will say this...yes, G has an affinity for bears. As for the tattoo you are going to have to use your imagination. I haven't found the exact tattoo G has, but I have a few that are similar and would be close if combined.side.

This is similar to how the wing would curl over and around his shoulder.

This would be the angel's body type. The size and detail in the wing is exactly how I imagined.
“Come here.” Tate pulled Gavin down onto the sofa and wrapped his arms tightly around him.
Their lips moved in a tender dance and Tate felt Gavin’s hands slide up and around his shoulders. Gavin’s scent wrapped around him like a security blanket and he breathed deep, sharing Gavin’s breath. He was completely consumed and surrounded by his mate. He rubbed his tongue across Gavin’s bottom lip and he relished his mate’s unique taste. Gavin parted his lips with a needy gasp and Tate groa
Thanks LadyDe. Tate has a sweet side that Gavin didn't see when they first met. Must be all that mate business . Chapter 11 is coming soon. I'll be sending it to Valkyrie shortly. Thanks for your review!
Gavin paced in front of the full-length mirror in his bedroom. He had never been so nervous in his life. It’s just a date. This is normal, he reassured himself. No! A voice inside of him argued back. This is different, it insisted. As much as he fought to deny it, the voice was right. The way he felt for Tate was unlike anything he had felt before.
He ran a trembling hand through his still-wet hair and tightened the thick grey towel wrapped around his hips. He paused at foot of his
I worried at first about introducing too many characters into the story, but at the same time, the ones I worried about are such an important part of it. Tavin will have his story told. He is patiently waiting, but waiting nonetheless. Chapter 10 changes Gavin and Tate's relationship a bit. Thank you for you review!
Gavin is a software engineer, I think it was in Chapter 1. Tate is on the client service team. Think of it as a type of customer service. I think I corrected the name issue and thank you for pointing that out. Thank you for your review! I'm working on chapter 10 and will have it posted as soon as it is done, which is hopefully soon.
Tate stood alone on his porch; his family was already back in the house. His body still burned for the man he watched reverse out of the driveway. Tate could feel the icy claws of loneliness creeping in as Gavin’s tail lights disappeared. He stomped back into his new home and immediately started unpacking. His bear was frustrated with him for letting their mate leave and the man wanted the time to pass quickly, eager to see Gavin again.
Tate finished connecting the TV in his bedroom b
Chapter 8
Hand in hand, Tate and Gavin walked to Gavin’s parked SUV. Once they reached the driver side Gavin turned to Tate, unsure what to do next. Do I hug him? Kiss him goodbye? Clearing up the confusion, Tate gathered the other man into his arms. Their lips met in a brief and tender kiss before the larger man pulled away. Then, with a kiss pressed to the side of Gavin’s neck and a slap on his ass, Tate was gone.
Gavin stared dumbfounded, watching the other man
