    Kellerman is a senior partner, of many. He can threaten Merrick but ultimately $$$ is the real motivator. If the AW deal falls through, Merrick is their only large scale client, and Kellerman will be voted down. So I see Kellerman's position as largely posturing. Gable, Strathmore, and Pierce are the voices that count.

    Yes, as we learned from Carter's Echo, Charles Levesque is not a patient man, and Merrick is terrified of him for good reason. The Levesque crime family will want their money that's sitting waiting to be laundered. Merrick is on a running clock.
