Washington D.C. – November 25th 1993 The air was a still, humid blanket of late November chill, thick with the scent of damp earth and the crisp rustle of fallen leaves. The only silence was a suburban quietude, punctuated by the rhythmic clang of a distant trash truck and the faint, tinny music from a neighbor’s radio. The house stood nestled back from the road, a nice little Craftsman-style home shaded by the broad, spreading canopies of tall oak trees.

Jimmy quite enjoyed being kissed by someone who actually felt something in the kiss. Kisses without anything behind them were pointless, they did nothing for him. But a kiss with genuine and earnest feeling behind them was almost better than sex. His toes curled, and his world went pop. It was his favourite thing to do, and Hugo bloody knew it. Thomas is where this whole story began, many years ago. Even before Hugo, he was the first character of this story, and the idea that started things into some kind of motion. I enjoy writing him, he's got some of that Rikard energy about him that (excuse the self confidence) I write so well. Here is a peek:

Hugo is 19 in the stories at the start. Stoker is 17. They are both pretty young, and old all at the same time

Little Thomas is the only friend Hugo has in that moment. And in his own way, he helped. Can't expect the devil to be warm and cuddly.

To be fair, out of the two boys... she got the one that is going to make her existence a living hell as long as she tries to hold on to him. Stoker is a major pain in my ass, and I am the writer... imagine what he is going to do to her.
