    Jacob is from a Line of Carters. Liam Carter who served in Crimea circa 1885 (from the Frost Faire) Jacob Carter who served in WWI and WWII and earned a Victoria Cross (From Blackwater) David Carter who served in the Iraq War and died defending his men (saving West's life) (Army, Vanguard, and Recourse) I have half a mind to have Jacob attend either West Point or Annapolis, it seems something he would want to do. given his Grandfather, Andrew's and his Uncle West's example. It runs in his blood.
