Canadian rural communities tend to have Ministers and reverends that belong to the community, not to one religion.
Also the Canadian Baptists are very progressive compared to south of the boarder. Canadian Baptist ministers were marrying gay couples first sticking their middle fingers up at the government ban against it.
So he's going to be fine on that front. No one is going to kick him out of his Parish, he's too well respected/liked and Merrickville's too progressive to care.

All the characters are represented. The first being Charlie, Tyler and Chloe, and the second the same. Third is Matt, Charlie and Simon, last is Pip and Charlie
i am enjoying writing something fresh and new for me. I like comedic writing, and I like exploring new characters.
Most of the cast get introduced in this book, then developed more in the next one. It's fun.
i am so tempted to do a fourth of these.

i am currently on chapter 7 of C vs The Anti-Vegan, and these stories are utter insanity and I am loving writing them.
Context: Lynix is a lust demon who had become domesticated and lives in a mild mannered good boy, wearing bunny slippers, reading the newspaper and enjoying his retirement... when along comes his ex in the form of a 12000 year old cherub sufer-dude who once made him cry over hogging blankets in 1472.
I love the father and son chats in this one. They know their boys. Jason just wants Kenny to live free of regrets that haunted him. And Clovis... what we know of his Uncle Jamie, and his support of Jason... we know that his acceptance of Steve was HARD earned, and very due.
