Stephen and Wylan are a remarkably effective pair when they work together. When writing they have a natural rhythm to their back and forth that as a writer, I appreciate. Stephen, arguably, is on of the best trained Physicians in Western Europe at the time. But at that time, it was a knife's edge between medicine and heresy.

I do, I tend to go to bed rather early, and get up ridiculously early. (I like writing between 3-8 am because 1. it's cooler, and 2. it's quieter.) Unusually I slept till about 6:30am this morning, not typical for me

True but... reasons. Ok so I admit it might have not occoured to me... so... chalk it up to a collective mind fart on both Poitr and Flynn's part as they are a bit distracted. I can just see Gary holding his finger up, trying to get a word in edge-wise, but too shy to interrupt Poitr on an Anti-Serafina is a Witch that drinks fairy spunk rant.

I learned the hard way, Lawyer is the first word you say to a Police Officer, the second, third and fourth if they continue to ignore you. -
The files are categorical proof that the Double Hex murders people for power. The whole project would be shut down if Flynn can find proof of this. He's a former Police officer, he has ethics. Which is why Serafina has switched her angle of attack to Poitr, who we know is morally more flexible.

Parents cannot give away statutory rights. The second he asked for a Lawyer and one of his guardians to be present, the interview had to stop. By denying it, the Police have seriously fouled their own case. The Problem is, how is Caleb to know what his rights are. He's legally incapacitated, he should never have been questioned in the first place. -
