  1. Yep, just one of the hazards of living in Australia’s tropical north. Crocodile, mosquitoes, leaches, sea snakes… 😜😉😁
  2. Sorry slight change at the bottom of this chapter, some of it has been put at the start of next chapter, so I could fit a Cliffie in... Q
  3. After putting on my headset, I scanned all of the instruments to see what information that I needed to know, and realised that there was a heck of a lot more instruments that I am used to. “I know, there seems to be a lot of information in front of you, but just keep an eye on all of the key instruments, and that is all we need to worry about,” the first officer said to me smiling, and I gave a nod of understanding. I seemed like that I had only just taken a seat, when we started to make ou

  6. “Ok soldiers, lets give them a nudge and show them we mean business shall we,” the Major said over the comms, and teamed up with two other soldiers, we approached the tent that the one woman was using to sleep in, and I carefully opened up the fly zipper, only to hear the click of a gun, and I froze. “One more move Mr and you will wear this,” the women growled, and I saw the Corporal nearest to me give the count down signal from three. On one, I quickly rolled away and two rapid shots were

    Sanc Chapter 16

I’ve just reread this story, and spotted a few mistakes, some have been correct, the rest I will get around to soon. About the idea of a sequel and with Jonah as an adult. Since it has been three years since I wrote this story, I am considering doing a sequel starting at three years later… what do you think?
  10. I thought about that too, but decided against it. That’s why I’m running along the story line of ex-Army troublemakers.
  11. “Leave her, take the children somewhere please, I will handle this, miss,” I said to the young women, who balked uncertain on what to do, before waving to the children to join her, and they left the kitchen. “RFDS, this is Mountain View Station, Jexon Kendrik speaking, over,” I said into the radio mic. “Go ahead Dr Kendrik, how is Mrs Jamison, over,” came a response, “She is still unconscious, her heartbeat is good, bit a little fast at 122 per minute, respiration is 19 per minute, her ski

    DV Ch 3 - Outbreak

Next chapter not completed yet, be patient.
  14. About an hour later, after a lot of struggling, we managed to get the heavily sedated horse in the float, and after giving instruction on where to go, Mike Judson and one of his station hands, Aaron Archer, were on their way for the 90-minute drive to the Corunna Downs Homestead. Once I had cleaned up, and packed away everything, I was driven back to my plane, with a quick stopover at the local store to buy some groceries for home, and I was soon in the air, also heading for Corunna, but I

  18. When the time came for the wedding service, I nervously followed Rhodes, and we went around the back of the homestead, and approached the ceremony area where I saw Marcus smartly dressed, with a new hair trim, and he was smiling broadly as I approached. As expected, the service lasted for thirty minutes, with us both exchanging and receiving rings, and once we kissed for the first time as husband and husband, everyone cheered and I blushed. After some photos were taken, we all sat down for
  19. After the unexpected proposal and the engagement party that happened a few days later at the house, located behind the vet hospital and the aircraft hanger, everything went on fast. With it being the dry season, we decided to have the wedding in August, to be held at the families Inverway Station, before the end of the season, and we decided to have a short honeymoon at Lord Howe Island. I organised to charter a four-wheel drive charter vehicle to drive the wedding guests the 410 kilometres

    Erupt Ch 15

“What are you smiling about?” Emmanuel asked as I put my phone away, “Oh, nothing much, just tidying up some trash, which has been sorted and thrown away,” I said cryptically. Emmanuel frowned and then shrugged his shoulders before heading off to get some snacks and another book to ready for the next stage of the flight. When we arrived home, it looked quiet and peaceful, and there was no sign of any rubbish anywhere, so the team must have been very busy cleaning up the mess, with Aunty Jos
