    oh yes Sir, OT was approved for this yes Sir, that's it exactly. and being back on top of all the paperwork, theres less of a chance that a project will slip thru the cracks.

    i sucked it up & went in to work to catch up on paperwork & emails. i'm so glad i did too! there are only 3 items on my overdue list now! i feel so much better, so grateful that Phil helped me set a hard time limit & came & picked me up. hope y'all are having a good day

    hello Sirs and friends hope everyone had a good day mine went well until just before 4, i had to put on my "fireman" hat and put out some fires fingers crossed that everyone is "OK" with the solutions i put forth, won't know until tomorrow morning gonna sit and do a jigsaw puzzle tonight, i'll be around

    we have no real local support. all of IT is with our Baltimore location or our new global support for the company that bought us 18 mos ago. Depends on what you need help with which IT desk you notify it is Sir. and they were asking why i had the fonts all sized up, i said "so i can read it easier" like duh... but my issue is fixed so there is that
