    i'm sorry that You are in pain Michael Sir. Phil had to have shoulder surgery, frozen shoulder i think it was called. He went from no movement to full range of motion within 3 weeks. it's best to get it taken care of sooner rather than later Sir.

    another one for the Instant Pot (i have the big 8 quart one) we had this tonight, less than an hour from prep to dish in sink, belly full! Instant Pot Cajun Chicken and Rice next time, we'll use chicken thighs not the breasts, and i'll have to try to double it, or make two batches since everyone liked it and there are NO leftovers

    when tragedy strikes a community, it sends out ripples of fear & sadness, like raindrops in a lake. and those ripples can cause other ripples. this collection of work is one of those lasting ripples, and it's beautiful. it's also hard. don't worry if you can't read them all at once, but do read them. let the names of the fallen not be forgotten. my hope is that you are moved to do something in their memory.
