    @BHopper2 Socratic questions, the Socratic method is a way of teaching/learning that involves discussion & debate to develop critical thinking, thinking for yourself, rather than lectures where a teacher tells you what you should think/know 😀 hope that helps & i didn't muddy the waters any

    i have a few customers that i prefer emailing, and NOT having to talk with them then i have one who said to me "Don't call, I don't do phones." sure you bet, i'm not gonna call you AT ALL then there are others i enjoy talking to, and some need more hands on customer service sometimes it's also more expedient to call and get all the questions out of the way, instead of a series of emails
