    hi rick stress & challenges are a part of life i'm doing a better job as i get older at handling them. the afternoon while busy was much better thanks. how are you doing?

    rough start, getting better. took time to step away from my work area, did a guided meditation on the app tim recommended, got a big ice water with lime & cucumber & got back to it. i'll get my flu shot next month at my annual visit and will ask about the shingles one. Phil can't get them, the flu shot that is, as he has an awful reaction. hope everyone is doing well

    Phil will be so disappointed. He loves the little ones on Halloween, sits in a lawn chair on the driveway with a big plastic cauldron full of candy. He talks to each child, asks about the costume, are they having fun, are they getting lots of candy. He's done this every year for as long as i can remember.

    hello Sirs and friends @Mikiesboy those sound like interesting books. i've been travelling through youtube videos i find them a great distraction & im learning interesting things! @kbois that weather thing gets me here in Texas. grey skies should not mean muggy, it should mean hoodies & hot cider! @Reader1810 you take care of yourself! Friday was a long day, not bad per se just seemingly never ending, so i spent that night & much of yesterday unplugged. we took a drive through the hill country to get out of the house. like @Mikiesboy we're not getting on each others nerves, but our house & the backyard are closing in. i'll be around sporadically today as i take care of laundry etc.

    @Fae Briona i hope that your joints feel better soon hope everyone's day was, if not good then, at least OK spending a quiet night here. more good news from the eye doctor, but the injections take a toll on Phil so He's resting in the bedroom where it's darker and quieter have a good evening

    well it was a slog, with a headache that i may have played a part in giving myself BUT the ToDo list tomorrow will have ZERO overdue items @Fae Briona did the computer issue get solved without any physical injury to the tech?

    and that wraps up this week 98 of 137 open projects updated, i've started unraveling a mess that was handed over to me because of just that reason, managed to reassure a new customer that the engineer was indeed working on the project & would have a schedule no later than Monday THEN said engineer backed me up by getting said new customer a well planned & well executed email before the end of today. now im going to have a short nap before dinner hope everyone is well

    Number Two and i were just talking about this today, lol! he was/is a percussionist. i took him to work early this morning & remarked that it was like a marching competition morning leaving the house so early....
