    good morning Sirs good morning friends it's a quiet morning here, probably not going to do much today "excessive heat warnings" again today i've got the ingredients for @Mikiesboy's famous "Morning Glory Muffins" on the shopping list. i'll let you know how they turn out tomorrow afternoon sometime hope everyone has a good afternoon (or evening @chris191070)

    hello Sirs and friends so..... i had a very interesting afternoon in today's "All Hands Townhall Meeting" a once a month event online where all the labs come together to hear about the state of the company i was called out 3 times for superior customer service this is the second month in a row for me, and i received another Amazon gift card it felt so good! it's been a difficult month, and i've been working really hard, and had that big client dropped in my lap anyway, just wanted to share that with everyone

    thanks rick i didn't mean to imply that things were rough, quite the opposite actually. the little breaks i think help by not allowing the work to become overwhelming.

    it's been a good thing Sir Phil noticed last week that i wasn't getting up & moving so He suggested taking a few minutes every couple of hours to do just that. sometimes i combine the deep breathing exercise in the app other times i just stare out the window
