hello DB pardon my brevity & any typos ahead of time as i'm doing this on my phone i can't speak to your OCD, only would say, whatever coping strategies you have developed need to work for you. the hevk with what anyone else thinks. maybe think about finding a copy of Howie Mandel's book where he talks in depth about dealing with OCD. your eyes & diabetes i'm very familiar with. i'm not a docyor & this is no diagnosis but it sounds like what my Husband has. Diabetic retinopathy, the FDs could be spots of blood where capillaries have burst in the back of the eye. there is treatment to stop the progression but not to reverse it. call tbe doc back & adk to be put on their cancellation call list. also reach out to the American Diabetes Association. There are resources available. PM me if you'd like

Phil needed new pants, (down another size yay!) so it was off to Wal-Mart for jeans. we ended up walking around for a while, picked up some cheese & crackers for dinner. looks like we're watching The Mandalorian. hope everyone had a good day!

hiya rick! how was the football game? it's been a very quiet day here. Phil left about 8. the kids and i watched some Disney + Number One went to lay down about 1:00 , he'll be up in about 30 minutes for work, Number Two Son left for work just about 5, Daughter left for work about 3:30 bed linens are changed and i cleaned out from under the bed, straightened my nightstand and ordered groceries
