    a family favorite on the menu this week i have to double this, and add thawed frozen broccoli near the end of cooking we also found it too sweet, so i add about half the amount of brown sugar and some crushed red pepper this week we'll have it over plain white rice, but it's also yummy with lo mein noodles https://therecipecritic.com/slow-cooker-mongolian-beef/

    hello Sirs and friends got some fresh air today, hit the Second Saturday Marketplace, the farmer's market and the outlet mall for Number One Son had a nap, and made the menu made and got the groceries ordered for pick-up in the morning now i have a date with @AC Benus and Myiscus and Hymenaios, then to spend some time with a dark eyed Searcher. have a wonderful afternoon/evening all

    such a great surprise Sir, thank you @MacGreg Sir, finished the rest of the dental work today. Only one more step placing the final crowns. But that won't require the sedation like the last two. please don't feel left out, i kept it pretty quiet, but @Mikiesboy & i talk about a lot.

    rick, start with 1/4 tsp in 3 ounces of really warm/hot water about 45 minutes before bedtime i drink mine when i put my nighttime water bottle together, then go brush my teeth and hair for bed i take a full tsp now, but i added a 1/4 tsp about every week
