    Wet and windy here. Two cyclones did a dance and merged and are now going to cross the coast quite a bit further south than they normally do.

    It’s funny how we get very used to the routines. Bins on a Wednesday ok I might have forgotten this week but Tuesday felt like Monday and the bin was pretty empty anyway... at least that’s my excuse

    I’m not bad considering it’s Friday. I haven’t done too well on my list of things for the Easter break. Gary tells us about all the work on his tractor and I have done very little - feeling slightly guilty and slightly peeved that I am back at work next week.

    I’m trying to find a recipe for whole roasted cauliflower with miso paste but don’t seem to be able to find the one I saw a while back. Note to self: take notes next time

    Happy Monday Gary. I need the gentleman to keep me warm - it’s going to be a minimum of 15C tonight. I guess I could put some warm clothes on but it’s more fun with two in the bed
