That’s a good summer dinner I have been steaming fish in aluminum foil mmmmm I might need to buy some more. A dash of butter, a bed of veggies (Asian greens usually) and a bit of spring onion. The fish sits on top and into the oven. Tastes so good

I made one of my old favourites for dinner - Moroccan chicken breast and roast veggies. Such a good combination And I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The breast was huge
