This story just keeps twisting the tuning screw of the guitar tighter and tighter. Fetching my popcorn for when the string snaps and what pieces are there to pick up. Bravo!

Midsummer sends ill tidings all the way into the Will&Travis saga. Both guys and Austin are going to drift for a while. Will handled the Austin situation with a lack of tact worthy of certain people in the news cycle. Getting hooked on Ambien is a no-no. Benzo addiction is hard to get rid of. Trouble be thy name.

I want to see Will and Kendo in a handbags at dawn duel! Death by Granola bar it shall be! Loving these over the top fun chapters.

Granger, used to being the center of attention, is probably perplexed as to why Palomar has grown cold and seems to want things to remain professional. Meanwhile he’s taken charge of Proserpina like a seasoned captain. It seems we’re not expecting calm seas ahead. Fingers crossed for a good journey.

All is lovey/dovey for now, but the cracks are slowly beginning to show. Having 2 siblings, they never had to deserve their spot, the again - neither has acted like an ass either. Sharing a bottle or a bite to eat with a coworker, sure. Never believed in doing hard drugs with anyone involved in my business circles. I hope that by the end of it all the situation is still salvageable. Personally I’d rather go helicopter shopping than getting involved in the TV world. Then again, TV and movies aren’t as much of a thing these days as they were in the years this story is set. It’s fascinating to see how much some things have changed lately. CAP is a great time capsule. Thank you!

Aww, it’s a fine line between being too nice and needing stuck up. Will’s got a good read in Marie, but he’s not bringing his a-game to his own circumstances with Travis.

There’s something about cruising around in a blue car… these days when most of them are in various shades of death-gray it feels good to stick out a little. Good thing there’s no gaudy badge on my drive - it’s the ultimate sleeper unless you know where to look. I suspect that for being Travis and Will, the Range Rover is about as low key as they will go. We’re almost a year away from the iPhone. That car would feel prehistoric nowadays. Still, I miss the Frutiger Aero era aesthetic sometimes. I have my sneaky suspicion about how it’s all headed for a breakdown, but I like a good surprise. More please!

New opportunities await our count. It seems his wife Magdalena is succumbing to illness, I wonder what will become of her? I like the setting of this time as it’s woefully handled while studying history in school. Sweden was brought into modern times, and it’s only the latter stages of that transformation that normally gets discussed. Oscar I was a polyglot and he did much for Sweden and Scandinavia. This story forced me to brush up on my history, so big thank you for that as well as the gift of this story itself. -
I hope and trust your birthday was a happy occasion! George is trying to navigate the intricacies of the Spanish fleet posting while also getting wound up by hotness oozing from Capt Palomar. I hope for happy landings!

What a rollercoaster! Travis is blossoming again,Will is detaching from Austin who wants more than Will can give. It’s cute that Travis is flirting with narcissism when Will should be more into that thing. Fingers crossed for a successful movie and school semester without too much paparazzi.

Aww, it’s not hard too see this as one-sided without being a Will hater. People that age have more glaring character flaws as to compensate for their hotness. We’re off for rough seas. I hope that Travis can work on his insecurities. Also, more please!

Go to Australia for a jolly... Had a colleague who tagged along, got drunk and failed to show up at work the day after. My Aussie counterparts were deeply offended - that dude had his comeuppance as he got terminated for behavioral issues later. Don’t over-Will, or mistake the general breezy feeling for a free for all. That said - good on Will for being prepared to move on. Being in love and being in lust is confusing and there’s no clear line of demarcation. Still, the gift giving and all those complications reek of high maintenance. It’s the gesture that counts. Certain people shouldn’t be so hard on themselves. Talk it out and move on. For Travis it’s too late though. He needs to get a grip.

Did we just witness the start of the Trawill breakup? Given Will’s penchant for being self absorbed I should probably label them Willtra instead? It’s a healing chapter, I just wait for the storm clouds to show up. Finn ostracized himself. Great comeuppance. We need some Stef levity stat.

George now has to tackle a formidable challenge. How to bed the right men, plus avoiding the French snakes in the grass. The side-quest of shaping up a ship and instilling better methods in the Spanish navy isn’t something to take lightly either. Thanks for 420 and tally-ho!

Campus lifestyle with a twist - adding security won’t do Will any favors. After the storm passes, what will be left standing? This might get messy before denouement. Just like we want it 😈 Travis being the straight man (ha!) around Bellona is worthy of a sub-plot in itself. Will he be shrewd enough to navigate the entertainment industry?

Haha, careful around Austin. Troy might out Travis as revenge. Just saying. I like how Will and Jeremy are trying to paint Will as not interested in the fashion world, thus cementing him as the one who got away forever. Loved the chapter, tension is rising!
