Birthday Party and Jealous Conniption Fits
Thirdly commented on Aditus's story chapter in Birthday Party and Jealous Conniption Fits
*rolls around in joy* Yay! Hopefully now Jonah might see Ren in a different light? -
Just a bookmark to help you make up your mind. - LMAO. Mike's so slick. Chris, Aurel, and me think you should dress your best and move your sexy ass over here to be Ren’s tardy lover.- Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. He hesitated only briefly, before he kissed me back. - Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
-
cornetti con crema al cioccolato e crema pasticcera - *drowning in drool* What say you, could I be a hat model? - Yes. Yes, you can. Pavlovian reflex? So you drooled as soon as you heard Ren’s name? Interesting image. I said shut up, Zach. - LMAO! Tell it like it is, Zach! Damn it, Michael...you deserve so much better. *pats the screen* It's ok, we'll find you someone that's a better fit for you. "We teased Ren very badly that night. He was jealous, that much was obvious, and you liked it." - I did too, aaarghs soooo guiltily. Hang in there Ren. Of course knowing what happened with Eric, you could just be afraid of getting hurt again and that’s why you’re pushing him away. - Nail on the head, Mike. Nail on the head.
-
I didn’t notice how tired I was until I leaned back, closed my eyes and dreamed of a cool, dark room with a large, comfortable bed and smooth sheets wrapped around me. - Why am I drooling all of a sudden? Am I that tired, too? Dang. Matteo grinned. “It’s Rick’s favorite color.” “Awww, how sweet.” - Sweet and awesome! "Are those lemon trees?" - Why am I drooling again? Am I tired AND hungry? "What the hell! Cinnamon! Shit!" I threw the bottle across the shower, where it hit the opposite wall, only to bounce back right into my face. - This is why you can't be taking your anger out on shower gel. Tsk tsk. I couldn’t even shower without being reminded of him. - Can I hug him? "Do I know the guy who is trying to murder me with his eyes?" - Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Oh, damn. They went way over the top. But, it was such a guilty pleasure. But, they totally went too far. Ugh. Poor Ren. This was both amazing and horrible at the same time.
-
"Uh oh, and what's with this mysterious admirer, and the red rose on Valentine's Day?" he asked waggling his eyebrows. - Yeeeeah, what's with the admirer? lmao. He led me to the next free table. "Sit down and I'll get you a coffee, vanilla latte right?" - Dude, how do you know how he likes his coffee?? "Ahh, so it's really a dove." Then I snickered. "Your boyfriend's name is Dove? Really?" - Oooooooooooomg. OMG. Jonah, look up your own name, dagnabbit! *facepalm* Wait, does this mean Jonah has violet eyes? "Why did you chain it er.. him?"- No, the question is "what is he chained TO" *drops forehead on desk groaning* Just what are we gonna do with these two?

You know you wanna re-read~
-
Before reading: *looks at chapter, looks at the time, looks at the chapter again* Damn. I have to cover for someone for an hour in 5 minutes. While reading: Fudge it, I can read a good bit in five minutes! I’m lucky the family loves me, even if I am known as the one who comes by spontaneously and sometimes slightly overstays his welcome. - LMAO, dude. Aaaaand pause. Got as far as reading "Zach, I'm not into clothes." BRB. *slumps in work chair* Finally back like an hour later. Now where was I? Right! Appropriate clothes to wear. "Jonah, wait! God dammit, you're such a girl sometimes, always running away," Ren called behind me. - LMAO! That was the best line ever. Sitting on the train I got a one-word text: “Coward!” The talented author I am, I very eloquently texted back, “Fucker!” all the while wondering how Ren got my number. - LMAO! I can't...I just can't... The morning of Valentine’s Day, I found a red rose attached to the handlebars of my bike, together with a short message in an unknown handwriting. 'Run baby run. When I catch you…' What the fuck? - Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Breakfast and French Onion Soup
Thirdly commented on Aditus's story chapter in Breakfast and French Onion Soup
Eric was in a real relationship with my best friend Chris. - Wait, BEST friend? I'm sorry, real friends don't date your exes. I don't care HOW well they get along or HOW long it's been since you were last together. There are way too many people in the world...makes me so mad. I've seen it happen all the time, too. It's ridiculous. I remember on three separate occasions when my best friend's exes tried to get with me (whether to spite her or because they were lazy, who knows?). I shot each and every one of them down on the spot without hesitation. I don't play like that. Totally went off on a tangent there. Back to reading! Wait, so Eric was the best friend first? And THEN Chris? They're BOTH his besties? Ok, so whenever things get prickly, he flies off. Well, everyone handles things differently. -
Keep telling yourself this... Shut up, Zach. - Whooooooa, Zach's talking BACK? Mind blown. "So, what do you think Jonah, as you are like an expert, being Eric's ex. You certainly know how to push all the right buttons." He actually winked at me. "Do you think he'll go for it?" - Ok, as of right now, I'm not fully understanding. Chris, who seems to be dating Eric, wanted to what? Taunt Johah about what he wants to do with his ex as if to say 'I'm so better for him'? Trying to get a rise (be it angry or sexual) out of him? "Interesting, and could it be that you predicted Eric's response the way you did because it would be how you would want him to react?" - Boi, them's fightin' words! Hold up *rolls up sleeves* someone better hold me back. When I saw Ren following them, I slammed the door shut, right in his face. - LMAO! OMG Johah. So wrong, but so satisfying.

Before reading: Ok, 21 chapters...here we go! After reading prologue: I didn’t tell a real person though; I typed it up on my laptop. My laptop named Zach. - Ha! You're fine, buddy. I have a character who writes everything out to a journal called "Jackoff the Second" as if he were a real person. So, no judgment here. Yup, that's what I was doing. Running. - Why? Where are you going?
-
He likes you, maybe even loves you, Paul. Don't doubt that. He just doesn't trust himself anymore to recognize a good thing even if it's right under his nose.- GASP! Mark! Good job!! Wait, what? That's it? All we get is a kiss? And the prospect of their finally getting together...I shouldn't really complain, but I'm still gonna whine. *pouts* ...guess it's not too difficult to imagine them 'Christening' that couch. I am glad that everything was more or less sorted out, though. Finally~ And hopefully Mark starts dating someone new, too. Maybe someone between the personalities of Sam and Joel. Or, hell, a completely different personality. At least Paul got a decent kiss.
-
"Mark, why are you here?" - Seriously, dude. We would have parted eventually; I know that now. - Tell it like it is, Sam. Aaaarghs go see Paul, Sam, I don't care how you do it just go to hiiiiiim.
-
Paul always cooked or baked up a storm when something was bothering him, usually hot chili and, if it was really bad, chocolate cakes. - OMG. Paul is my new best friend. The second she saw her brother returning and wearing that lopsided, dopey smile - she always called it Paul's smitten face - she had known he'd met someone. - Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. "Well to me that sounds an awful lot like dating." - LMAO. In our eyes it is, but Sam seems to be in denial. Oh nooooooooooooo. Mark, buddy, I don't understand. I know you wanted more from Sam and you grew apart, but why try to get him back? So many men in the world...

Before reading: So I found some rare free time (or stole some free time, either way, ha ha) and I thought "you know what? why don't I start reading some of Adi's older work?" Because I realized I've been reading your stories in random order all over the place (my ultimate fave is still Cupid Central, but I'm surely biased, as it was the first story I ever read of yours). While reading: He reached out to drop his keys into the blue glass bowl... - I want a blue glass bowl. I have to add it to my list of "things to eventually buy." His gaze fell on the sculpture sitting on the mantelpiece. He had given it to Mark for his birthday the night before he left for his conference a week ago. Seeing it still here should neither surprise nor hurt him as much as it did. - It was a gift he specifically bought while thinking about Mark, of COURSE it would hurt. I want to pull him into a suffocating hug. Sam knew what was going on the minute he saw the lonely glass bowl sitting on the floor. - In spite of what's going on, I still want one. When Sam felt another sob welling up, he concentrated hard not to let it out. - Dude, there's nothing wrong with crying. There's no one there! Yell, cry, throw stuff, curl up into a ball...no one's there to judge. What he noticed immediately was that the bed was made with Sam's cheap before-Mark-sheets. - Nothing wrong with cheap sheets. All you need is one nice, fluffy, fleece blanket and you're all set. Sam's throat constricted and sobs soon became desperate gasps for air. - Finally! Yes, let it all out, buddy. Yay, hope! We have hope. Time to read the other four parts to this series. *scampers off to read*
-
That might not happen this time around, but it certainly will in the sequel.
-
That's pretty much how we felt when we finished the chapter. We're getting close to the end, but I wouldn't be able to say exactly how many chapters are left.
-
There are actually a few other species that look almost exactly like humans but have slight variations. They didn't want to be rude. Though, I'm sure they'll mention it to Adrian when they next see him "saw a tall guy with short hair that kinda looked like you only he was paler and had more facial hair"). And there are humans on other planets, it depends on what side of the galaxy. Some where, well, kidnapped...others willingly colonized elsewhere. No, he was just ranting to him for sympathy. And unfortunately Sifta and the crew were too busy in their little reunion to catch the names of the 'super tall human' and his Kaynen. Not to mention that Pip called him "Zay" not "Zane." The gangs do eventually unite, but as to how, you'll have to wait and see. That part was hilarious. Much laughter resulted from that scene. Sifta's tentacle panic was my idea and his "tales of marriage to a Kaynen" was all Robin.
-
We're glad you've enjoyed reading them. Thanks for your thoughts!
-
Not quite a crossover yet. But, it was still fun to see. They were thiiiiiiis close.
-
That would be amazing to read.
-
I just couldn’t stop, the drama and angst held me captive. I’m just so relieved things will finally (hopefully) sort themselves out. Also, I have to say it before I forget, but I would totally read a Laird spin-off tale, especially is he finally finds his ultimate partner!
-
Ok, wow. Yeah, I just read all this in one swoop. I just could not stop reading, it was impossible. I was so mad at D, but then I got to thinking about his being irritable before all that. And now we have the "why's." Absolute craziness. I really lucked out having only just read the story now (with the answers of this current update). On the other hand, I hope they're able to do something about the poison. Moments that made me laugh: Laird, just Laird Moments that broke my heart: Pretty much everything (D pushing Noel away, that drunken little dance with Kris, Noel's serenades, and the moving) Moments I felt were awesome: Landyn ultimately siding with his bestie, Noel. Noel's progress with his powers. The cavalry arriving.
-
They might not fully cross paths this time around, but it will definitely happen at some point.
