    Chapter 2

Thank you for the review! I hope I'll be able to match your expectations for the setting. I did a lot of research for this story, but it was mainly focused in a few areas. I don't know that I did the whole story justice or not, yet. As for Mikhail Karimov, Viktor's father . . . who's to say?
  2. Welcome, Sarah. Glad to have you.
  3. Thank you to everyone who has commented so far. I look forward to working on this.
  4. I instantly have an idea for this one. Story number 3 is locked and ready to go.
  5. Love it! Now I have story number two locked in.
  6. Sweet! I'll get started tonight! Keep 'em coming, people!
  7. Hello, everyone! I'm preparing for a short story competition in a couple weeks, as well as a personal goal I'm setting for myself in February. The short story competition follows a specific pattern, which I need to practice if I expect to do any good at it, and since the second and third stages of the competition happen in March and April, I intend to practice through all of February. This year I will be doing something I'm calling "Flash Fiction February". I'm going to write a short, 3000 words or less story every day, assuming I can keep it up. I am going to need your help, however, and this is how. I need prompts, and I need them in a specific style (This is the thing I need to practice). During the competition, writers will be randomly assigned a genre, subject, and character assignment. Here are some examples of what I'll be expected to write: Drama / A laboratory / A teacher Romantic Comedy / Recycling / A bartender Sci-Fi / Halloween / A bus driver Horror / A trial / A CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Fantasy / Luck / A lead singer I would like you, those reading this blog, to comment with a suggestion of a genre, subject, and character like the ones above. Any suggestions will be appreciated. All of these will be posted at GA, and so if you want to see me write something specific, please suggest away! Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
  8. To say Viktor’s day had been interesting would be putting it mildly, but he could think of no better word to describe it. He had never had someone come to his aid against Mr. Morrison, and to think it was the new and attractive Japanese student was something he hadn’t seen coming. ‘Attractive?’ Viktor thought, shaking his head ruefully as he looked out the window of the bus, watching the bustling streets of Vladivostok fly by. He couldn’t allow himself to think such thoughts about anoth

    Chapter 1

And I can't wait for you to see it! I hope it continues to be exciting for you, though in my biased opinion I think this story only gets better as it continues. I guess we'll see who agrees with me or not. Thank you for the review!
  10. Welcome, Fanreader. Welcome, foreverhawk. Welcome, Eli.

    Chapter 1

I hope I'll be able to meet your expectations. These characters practically wrote themselves, though that doesn't mean they'll connect with everyone. Thank you for the review!

    Chapter 1

Richard, Thanks for the review! I'm grateful for your likes as well, of course, but this review means a lot to me. It's good to hear that I'm doing something right, and I accept your compliments with all the humility my ego will allow.

    Chapter 1

I'm glad to know you're intrigued. I should have probably posted this in the story note, but the story will update once a week on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Hopefully it will keep you intrigued at that pace. Thank you for the review!
  14. “Vladimir Putin’s biggest mistake may not have been his invasion of Syria, as is commonly taught, but rather his decision to press on into Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, and, most ambitiously, Iraq.” Mr. Morrison paused as he surveyed the room, watching with sadistic glee the uncomfortable squirming of his Russian students. The other international students were not as affected by the declaration, though Nobuyuki Sato thought the remark was uncalled for. Everyone knew what had led to the collapse of R
  15. In the world of organized crime, your crime family is all you can count on. Nobuyuki Sato is no exception, and as he tries to navigate the political climate of his new city, his Yakuza family is there to support him. But then Nobuyuki meets Viktor Karimov, son of the Chief of Police, he begins to question if there might be more to life than crime. Love, intrigue, and drama abound.

    The Dream - (Mature)

Thank you for reading it. Honestly, I'm not one hundred percent sure why I chose the tempo I did. All I knew was that I was thinking about Jesse at the time and it came out this way. I'm glad you liked it.

Hopefully there will be more. This is over a year old, actually. Glad you liked it. Thanks for the review.

I'm glad you liked it. Thank you for the review.
  19. You lie there sweet and peaceful, A dream waiting to be had. I cannot watch your slumber, Without wanting to be bad. I approach and lean toward you, My breath upon your ear. I whisper soft and sensual, To announce that I am here. Eyes now flutter open, And you meet my lustful gaze, You smile at me and match it, Never ceasing to amaze. Your lips are soft and eager, And they quickly meet my own. You pull me down into you, And I let out a moan. My hands slide up your shi
  20. This will be a collection for most of my poetry. Hope you'll find it appealing. Some of it will be Mature, so pay attention to the chapter notes.
  21. Welcome, Payson. Good to have you. I hope you do find the answers you're looking for. You'll find a lot of supportive people here.
  22. A very merry day of existence to you!
  23. “Tristan! What are you doing!?” Tristan skirted the edge of the pool, approaching Scheherazade with a determined look in his eye despite the insistence in her question. While he wasn’t sure he could trust Nevala, his instincts were telling him Scheherazade wasn’t telling him the whole truth, and he wasn’t about to throw himself into the pool like she was suggesting until he knew why. “I’m still willing to sacrifice myself, Scheherazade,” Tristan replied, “But not until I hear what Nevala
  24. It had been a long time since they’d fought side by side, but Nevala remembered it like it was yesterday. Ivan knew the elves had wised-up to his tricks, and likely would be anticipating him to follow the same pattern. He and Nevala planned carefully on how to take advantage of this fact, and when the time came, they risked a dangerous gamble and burst through the door of the tower and out into the open plaza. The elves didn’t immediately fire on them, instead aiming at the image of them sta
