    Chapter 1

How have I never responded to any of these reviews! Wow! I've even gone through and checked all my stories before, making sure I wasn't missing any . . . somehow . . . Thank you for the review, even if I am terribly late. I'm glad you liked it.

    Chapter 1

This is the family I can only wish I had. Unfortunately, I haven't always been so lucky. Sometimes, I see glimmers of it in my own family, but it's really not there usually. I wanted Clint to have a better life than I did, and so I gave him one. He's my inner child, so I needn't him to feel safe, despite what happened to him. It was a really fun story to write, from beginning to end. I loved every minute of it, though there were a few times I fell a little too in love with my characters and had to pull away just to recover. Thank you, as always, for the review, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts as the story progresses.

    Chapter 1

They're a great team, aren't they? And they're adventure is only just beginning. Wait until you see what happens next! Clint's just getting started, and his Dad's just starting to groan. Thank you for the review. Looking forward to hearing from you again!

    Chapter 1

Clint's lucky no one was around to see him when he initially broke free from his locker. Imagine if the whole school saw the whole incident! Now THAT would be something no kid could ever live down. Instead, they found him in the aftermath. Still embarrassing, but at least they don't know the full story... Or do they...? Clint's dad is the king of pep talks. There's no denying that, that's for sure. Glad it made you smile. I needed the smiles when I was writing it, too, which is a large part of why it was written in the first place. Thank you for the review, it helped pick my mood up today, too!

Just as I am looking forward to your reviews as we continue. I hope the path is just winding enough to keep you entertained with the sights along the way! Thank you for the review!

    Chapter 1

I don't think I can put into words how much I love Clint's father. He's absolutely one of my favorite people I've ever created, but then again, so is Clint, so he must have gotten that awesomeness from somewhere. I'm grateful for your words, and that you like my characters. My primary focus on this story was characterization, and I hope it will show all the way through. I introduce a lot of characters into the next chapter, so stay tuned! Thank you so much for the review!

    Chapter 1

Emi! Thank you for reading! I'm happy to see you here, and I'm grateful for the review! Clint may not have the brightest ideas, but he's definitely adventurous enough to try something radical and weird. He's representative of my inner child (I like to think I'm still fifteen sometimes, and still prone to stupid decisions) There's a lot in store in this short novel, so I'm looking forward to seeing your reaction as it progresses. There will certainly be obstacles, but Clint's one tough cookie.

    Chapter 1

Glad to see you've also come back for this one. I like to think that if I were a father, I'd be like Clint's dad. I'd want my kids growing up thinking/knowing that I'm going to support them no matter what, AND that I'll let them make their own mistakes. He was as much fun to write as Clint himself was. I'm looking forward to your thoughts as the story progresses. It is already completely written, and will post through the end of August. Thank you for the review!

    Chapter 1

I'm happy to see you returned for this one. Clint sure is fun, isn't he? And he's definitely going to get into a bit of trouble, but I'll have to stop there and not tell you how. Can't be giving out spoilers, can I? I really enjoyed writing this. Clint spoke to me differently than any other character I've ever written, and I loved him for it. Can't wait to see what you think of the rest of it!

    Chapter 1

You’re probably wondering how I ended up here, trapped in my locker, wondering if I’m going to run out of air or if the three slits in the top will be enough to keep me alive. Maybe you assume some bully put me in here, a sitcom classic which begs you to question how the bullies manage to stay in school. Scratch that, I suppose real life does as good a job at that as anything. But this isn’t about the bullies, and they didn’t actually do this to me. I did it to myself, and for good reasons. No,

    Fearless

The tale of a high school student desperate to make his mark on his peers. He wants to come out, and he wants to come out big enough that no one will forget it, but somehow it always goes wrong. A lighthearted story of friendship, family, and of course, courage. It's a tad cliche, some things in life are meant to be.
  13. Escher is probably my favorite artist.
  14. I don't know if that's true or not, but if it does, I'll certainly be grateful. The person below me likes trying exotic foods.
  15. No, but I would. The person below me finds the world very confusing right now.
  16. Do you know if she's accepting free verse? I don't often write with a specific style, but I'd like to contribute.
  17. Thanks! I'm glad you liked it. It was a lot of fun to write.
  18. They're probably cousins, you know.
  19. Thank you, Richard. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I first had a busy weekend, and then with what happened in Orlando . . . I didn't really feel like responding to reviews. But I'm glad you liked the story! Thank you for the review!

    Chapter 1

I already told you in PM how much I appreciated this review, but thank you yet again. This was an easy concept for me, actually. I wrote this piece in a couple of hours on a lazy Sunday afternoon a week before Valentine's Day, 2015. It was a bit of a self-portrait, and the emotions flowed easily. Thank you for reading it. I appreciate your support.
  21. This fits with the numbness I feel toward the world right now.
  22. A very merry day of existence to you!
  23. Laika by EleCivil. This is the piece of internet fiction which drove me to finally submit something at AwesomeDude. I adored this story, as I related a great deal to the personal struggles of the characters, and their way of life in general. A lot of people have issues with the ending, but I found it poetic and beautiful in its own way. You can check it out here: http://www.awesomedude.com/elecivil/Laika/index.htm Same Question
  24. Nothing has made me more determined to fight for our community's right to exist than this has. Such a tragedy should be on the forefront of everyone's mind in this country, and in the world at large. We are not beaten, and this will not destroy us. In memory of the victims, in support of their family and friends, and in defense of our community, we will come back from this stronger than ever before. Hate cannot be allowed to win.
  25. Astoundingly awesome, Tim! I adored this story. It inspires me as well, making me want to write the story of why the Angels and Devils created these teams in the first place. Maybe our imps know each other? I loved both the Imp and the Angel. Thanks for sharing!
