It will take a very long time for the town to heal. There are still two camps. I'm sure there were others but I think Tom was the only male victim.

Healing takes time, but it needs to start.. Bruce has left behind a devil that will be hard to put to rest. There still is the divide that resulted in the demonstration in front of the Courthouse and the deaths associate with the burning off the bar.

With Bruce out of our life, we could focus on our life. Ann Marie is in good hands, and I’ll need to find an apartment for her. There is no question that Tim didn't like Rich's draft. Tim wanted to close the book on Bruce, Rich's proposed article would be like another chapter

Remember Tim has a law suit against Bruce as well as a criminal case, i.e, Tom. Indirectly Tim is involved.

I read what he had written. It essentially was a recap of the lawsuit and the DA’s indictment. He summarized his move to California and then Canada and his attempt to flee to England. What he wrote was true, but I thought he didn’t need to rehash Bruce’s history. “Rich, what good will this do? It’ll stir up the people again. Bruce was in one of the retention cells facing a central desk manned by a police person. Rich was taken by surprise when Bruce started to make a noose. By the time Rich realized this, and went for help, it was to late. Remember Bruce was in jail for lack of a passport.
