The sad thing is this actually happens. If one looked, they would find two things, 1) cases involving minorities or the lgbt individuals are processed faster and 2) cases involving high profile individuals are delayed for further investigation.

California is as far away from where Bruce lived in the south. I'm not sure if Bruce decides to run he would head to Mexico. I'd think he would go further south, a county without extradition treaty
