Ouch, this one really hurts. Your writing is dangerous, I actually feel pain in my chest! Poor Tys, his love/social life was on hold for almost 7 years and now his (and obviously my) heart was ripped out. Powerful writing

OK, normally a picture is worth a thousand words, but you just don't care, do you!? You just take a few words and 'paint' some lovely pictures and capture some beautiful moments. Thank you so much for sharing your talent

You are so wicked, great cliffhanger! I‘m so peeved, not so much at Corey, more at his mum. She is using her son, she needs an audience for her drama. She is a great example of learnt helplessnes, hopefully she left her husband for good, who knows, she might also go back, as I said before, you are wicked. And about Corey: he is a willing audience/participant in his momma’s dramas. And when things get serious in a relationship, there is always the joker, the ‘I-can’t-trust-you- because-my-father-is-a-cheater' card. He sides with his mother, but maybe he is afraid, that he is a cheater too, just like his father? OK, probably far-fetched and just my imagination running wild. Your writing is so convincing and real, when people get upset at your characters, you know, that you are doing a great job.

So beautiful. This is, what poetry is about for me. You take just few simple words and capture the mood and the sentiment so accurately, that other 'search engines' can relate. Thanks!
