It was mentioned earlier in the tale by Nita that Jem should be careful where he walks around Bzup until they learned if he eliminated wastes. After that, It just became one of those things that readers really didn't need to know!

There is also the possibility that Mikulsa has finally met a problem he cannot bulldoze, and one he doesn't want to treat that way. Just a thought. 😁

That's true, I don't plan a third Road story at this time. The first one did well, but the second one got me some heat. Not that I don't mind sweating, but it needs to be for the right things! Another Thrift Shop tale is almost a certainty, though.

The story you are reading now, AND Short Prince, were both stories I started a long time back and never got to complete because the Charlie Boone holiday deadlines kept dragging me away from them. That's why I have slimmed down on Boone tales, so that I can do other things. I have several more incomplete stories I'd very much like to finish! So I am committing to NOTHING just now! 🙂
