I don't think that was a challenge by the Empress there, just merely an observation. No making us cry we're very sensitive, sort of, kind of, well, not really but still... no crying.

Sorry to disappoint FanLit it won't happen next chapter but they do have small strides over the coming chapters bit by little bit they deal with the history between them as they try to move their relationship forward and get to know each other.

God, they talk about me and my cliffhangers. I hope Mason says the wrong thing and Zoe kicks his ass. I'm just assuming someone that homophobic and that much of a Rick with a silent P, is also a male chauvinistic pig and would die from embarrassment being beat up by a girl. Fingers crossed anyway! Great chapter, loved it.
