Wayne the worst sin is to microwave a cold cup of coffee. I hope you day is going good. My brother is much better will get out of hospital Tuesday am . My sister came down today and is at the hospital so I’m able to take another day for me. I’m getting ready to take a walk on our local flood wall. So you enjoy that coffee all the way till the last drop. I will talk to everyone later.

@Fae Briona I took Michael’s Sir advice but took it 1 step further I turned off the cell phone and unplugged the Wi-Fi. I forgot how peaceful it can be without those items. I still had a way to get a hold of my brother in the hospital but he Was in good hands. It was my time I slept all night. So thanks for the advice.

good morning Sir’s and friends this long night is finally over. My brother is out of surgery and doing much better. Everything went well I’m very relieved. Just checking in and I’m going to bed I have been up most of the night. So Thanks to everyone that sent good wishes. rick

Sirs and friends I’m sorry I had to be away this evening but I had a medical emergency. My brother thought he had a heart attack. Went to Emergency Room and things are better we are waiting till am so the Heart Doctor can put in 2 stents one is blocked at 78% and the other is blocked at 80%. He is resting fine they gave him some meds to relax. I just wish they gave me some so I can rest. So I’m waiting till am. So everyone have a good night rick

@MichaelS36 , @MacGreg And @Mikiesboy Sirs and friends in DiC I’m wanting to apologize to everybody In this channel. I was trying to make a funny remark and I failed BIG TIME. It was not my intention to make fun of anyone especially Mac, Michael and especially tim. Each and everyone of you have made a impact on me in some way to the good. At no time did I ever want to hurt those 3 people. I meant it as a joke. I have no one to blame but myself and which I’m truly sorry. I have the upmost respect for everyone in this channel. I know I have hurt some people and I never meant to. To Michael and tim I never meant to be unkind to you and this I’m truly sorry. I was not making fun of either of you if it appears that way it was not what I meant. “I’m sorry” and I mean it. I want to make one thing clear I never ever did I think of tim as a preforming animal. I was trying to use a circus theme items to make a funny and I failed big time. Mac I am truly sorry if I treated you unkind. You have been so helpful and understanding with me. I know actions and words have Consequences so I ready for any punishment I have coming to me. I’m walking away for a few days. I want to make this perfectly clear it was never ever My place to call anyone what I did. Thanks for reading this.

tim I feel your pain I also do customer care work. I do know what you are going thru. I work in a small tech company phone / internet. The best call I took was a lady in her 60 that was having issue with service but while on the call her powered scooter stopped working and she was upset. So another tech call her daughter and she got there while I stayed in the phone. So yes that 1 call will make a difference in a week. So tim from 1 customer care person to another job well done. So take care cause you never know that next call might be call that makes your customer day. To many people are lonely and at times against them and that 1 small thing you can do will make there say as well.
