Mac Sir it help me and I finished the day in a much better mood then when I started. I’m home with my feet up and my brother and I are enjoying some Sweet Tea and watching the sun set.

molly let hope all the challenged customers called today and Thursday is better. I had to use meditation during my break which helped my focus. 10 minutes alone just thinking of nothing and focusing on my breath helped finished. My boss even noticed my mood change.

Reader today was full of challenges I think they were all happy. A few didn’t like my solutions but my hands were tied by company policy

Mac Sir my customer had unplugged all of her video / Ethernet cables and reported she didn’t do it but didn’t know how it happen. I then explain we would charge her (company policy) and for 15 minutes I never knew a lady could cuss me out. I told the sweet lady to have a nice day and could I do anything else for her.

tim , molly we need to find our quiet place - breath in ... hold it ... breath out your mouth ... breath in ...hold it ... breath out .. I know it won’t make the customers any better but it will help us. We can get thru this ... together

Fae i thank someone stopped me that night. I also thank someone i found this place. It has made the biggest impact on my life all good. yes I know that night was a very dark night for me but it made me face some things I needed To fix and for me I had to go thru that to get to where I am today. Yes I’m still a work in progress but I’m alive. Which is so good -

Sirs and friends look at what you have done - you got me a non writer to write a blog. We better check cause I think heck might freeze over. But I can see why everyone writes it so good to get things on paper. So who knows you may get a story out me yet.
