A great chapter. What is it with people who think chintz and flowery bedspreads etc looks nice? It’s so 1970s and should have been left in that decade, a lot of holiday rental properties in Norfolk (England) seem to be decorated in that style and as soon as I see it, I look for another place to stay when we want to visit the Norfolk Broads -
A lovely end to this story, it’s nice to see that several men met their life partner later in life. 🌈❤️🥰

I love Mrs Ricardo’s mothering of the boys I think that it’s sweet. Chris’ comment about cooking is for girls just shows that he can be a bit ignorant about things, but I think that it’s a common thing amongst boys, what about all of the chefs who are male? I am pleased that he stood up to his egg and sperm donors and told them if they don’t accept Scott then they have lost 2 sons ❤️

I have thought all along that Fiona was just not telling the truth about about Liz not wanting anything to do with David, I think that David needs to man up and tell Liz exactly what happened with Fiona

A lovely story I knew after Josh met Ruth that he was Isaac’s husband it was obvious that he would remember his husband’s sister and not just a sister of a friend and he also knew a lot about Issac’s life and child, it would have been great to see this story continue.

To describe coffee beans that way is normal it’s not pretentious at all. That comment reminds me of my father who thought Nescafé 43 beans was a good coffee and not from someone who is really enjoys a good coffee made from freshly ground beans 🫘. 😊

Just loved meeting Steven and hearing about his coffee roasting business and all of the different types of 🫘 he has, there’s nothing like the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans and the smell of them grinding in the machine is really a good way to start the morning off. We have had various types of coffee machines and not enjoyed using the so we just stick with a cafetière so much easier and less faff.
