A bit of a sad end to this story that Adrian has lost his mother, at least he has made peace with her, as Gene said that Adrian is a better man than he is for forgiving his mother, his father has a new friend in the bottle, it just goes to show how pathetic the man is.

I prefer roast chicken in the oven, our choice of fried chicken is from the colonel or some take away shops have it, but it never looks nice so I don’t eat it, my mother in law makes fried chicken but it’s a spicy Indian recipe that she uses.

I hope that enjoyed your Mexican dinner, we are going out for dinner on 29 May, it will be the first time since November that we have been out for dinner due to lockdown, we have been able to go to eat outside if the venue had outdoor dining for the last couple of weeks but not in a restaurant, this will be a novel experience

I can’t understand parents that don’t want to help their children get a decent education to set them up in life, so what if Adrian isn’t the jock like his father and brother, what’s more important is that all the children will grow up, get a great education and be valuable members of society. This conditional love and support by parents leaves me baffled at times. Adrian could always join his college track team, but he won’t be the complete jock like his brother if he goes down this path

I was a delivery driver for a small family owned coffee roaster 12 years ago, I did all of the deliveries of coffee beans to their clients around Sydney, I loved that job. The company has changed its business a lot since I left to move back to London. It was never mentioned that Brad and Tim were dating so I a bit surprised to see that they were going to have a commitment ceremony. Loved this story although it was a bit too short.

Ok so the biscuits you mention are what we in Australia and England call scones and they are eaten with strawberry jam and whipped cream(not the stuff in a can), which are eaten for morning or afternoon tea, these are plain or fruit scones, you can also have cheese scones, or pumpkin scones which are home made.
