My bf is a human puppy. And I am a cat. I want everything to be said and done with purpose, intention, lots of reason behind it. I'm not perfect, but I strive for perfection in everything I do. Unless I give myself a break, which I will do, based on mood. There's even purpose in that. But Joey just bounces all over the place, leaving huge messes and breaking stuff cuz he's moving too fast! He forgets important steps. He improvises mid-action. It's hard for me to witness, honestly 😂 But he did some great shit the other day. Fixed some stuff around the house that like, made my life easier, so later when we were watching TV on the couch, I started praising him. Telling him how the stuff he'd done had really made me happy. And he didn't say anything. But he like... flexed his body in such a way, I could tell he was pleased.... I swear, he was wagging his little puppy tail 🐶 @Jason Rimbaud I was thinking all this because of you and your partner's running joke "I'm not sleeping with you because you're repulsive". Ok, my bf does that same joke, "eww gross you have cooties" but omg I don't think it's funny! I'm so deathly afraid of rejection, and he knows that, but why why are you joking about it then! Lol 😂 I explained to him once "I'd never have my characters say something like to each other. Why? Because it makes no sense, Joey! We kiss all the time. I do NOT have cooties!" Honestly, I like it better when he calls me a "crazy bitch" because I get that. I am intense. I know I am. But he's still here, joking about it. I like that one better. Just... interesting, I guess how different couple dynamics can be... You guys must be more similar, thinking wise, emotionally, but my partner and I are opposites colliding... This is where I'm personally struggling. Maybe I'm weird for thinking this, but I just think Jesse submitting to "sex" he doesn't necessarily want to, but does because he cherishes everything else in their relationship, is romantic. It's like unconditional love... Jesse knows Shaun, his past, his problems, his fuck-ups, his hopes and dreams and his successes, everything, and he still loves Shaun despite it or maybe because of it... So it's gotta happen. Jesse fully embracing Shaun.

God! Went to Aldi today. My bf was already annoyed because he wanted to do a plumbing project but I wanted him to pick out some groceries.... so, he reluctantly came. Anyway, at the store he suggested "Steak tacos" and said "I'll get cheap steak" so I agreed. But when I came back he was holding this giant 24 dollar beef chuck roast! Like why?! "Aren't you going to cut it up tiny for tacos?!? That's not cheap steak!" and we started fighting over the steak! Like, we were about to throw down over this fucking thing and this lady is just standing right next to us calmly browsing the ground beef and I wanted to tell her to fucking MOVE BITCH! Like, PLEASE EXCUSE YOURSELF! We've gotta talk about this! But she just kept browsing like nothing was wrong at all. So, instead of saying any of that, I conceded. I said "Whatever. Buy the damned thing," and I moved the hell on. Now that we're home, Joey's saying "You worry about the weirdest things. Who cares about that lady, you could have saved us money!" OMG!!!!!!! UGH! I didn't want to fight in front of that lady! Also, some shady asian guy was hanging around the carts when we came out. He waited for us to unload and I was gonna go get my quarter back! And then he made a needy face at me and I huffed and gave him the cart, thinking he wanted to shop. NOPE! He just returned the cart and took my quarter! I did that cuz people have given me quarters to shop there! Now I have to break a dollar to get another one. So annoying!

Yes, we're coming to a close in this story. After this big show scene, we'll probably skip ahead to like a week before batttle of the bands in October, see how they're doing in their new house, have one more big drama moment, then, finale at the event!!! and of course an epilogue years later. Because if I didn't already beat you over the head with 'they're doing alright now' then I'll beat you just a little more 😂
