    thanks @empresslovesreading I'm sorry it bought up memories of loosing your husband, your doing well I hope. I walked out off my study the night I wrote Jamie's heart felt plea, to a very surprised and worried guy wondering what had happened. I let him read it and he cried too.     thanks @chris191070 you got that in one, originally this was going to happen when Jamie and Ben were in Paris, but it didn't fit at the time, so it came from left of field as does happen so often. thanks again for commenting and following along, it means so much, have an awesome week, john.

    Hey @Bft, So you would totally get the whole dynamic of moving to the other side of the world, and good on you for doing it too. Yeah family dynamics can be a whole world of their own right! In my extended family it’s very much where are the grand kids you’ve been together/married long enough now... but we love them for all out faults right. thanks fro taking the time to comment, glad you and others are enjoying the story till the next one have a fantastic day.

    Hey @Anton_Cloche it took them a while to find their way, but it does sometimes right. Yeah they might retire and spend time in both countries, but hopefully they will other things to occupy their time too....     Thanks @Anton_Cloche this is such a powerful and emotional chapter in the lives of so many of the characters, and I have to say from a personal note it was a challenge to do it but it explains so much of who Jamie is. I was also so taken aback with the emotion that is caused a lot of readers. I hope you’re ok after this one, truly. Thank you so much for following and commenting too, love the feedback. 😁😁

    Climbing into my F250, I decided to go for a short drive. The sun was out and it was a beautiful warm 29deg (85F). Like on autopilot, I found myself outside café 47. "Excellent idea F-truck – let’s go see Mike, grab a coffee and chill out a little." Well, that was the plan. Mike, was having none of it. We talked out front in the sunshine for ages, till the messages started to come in – Adam, then Troy, one of the guys I was on shift with before heading overseas. AY: YOUR BACK WTF! JS: h

    And you’d have first hand experience too, everyday would have that similar but different feel too it for a while. And some random things being so similar but different also, I think Jamie’s life will settle when he can find a job and get that security we all look for. Thanks for following along and the feedback too, really appreciate it.

    Hey @James B. superintendent job was clearly in his future if he’d stayed. But sadly no... I’m not sure how I’d go with leaving so much behind, but when you fall deeply for someone it’s makes it easier, and Ben was keen to relocate to Australia that would have been interesting to see. Thanks for following along, love the feedback, always appreciated.
