I’m preparing pitchforks and torches for the evil sister, anyone want to join me 😆 , Jared seems like a great guy, that’s been manipulated by the very spawn of hell (of a little strong but.....goddamit) , I hope Craig and him Mom can sort Carly out. It would be Interesting to get a paternity test done, too be sure that Jared is the dad, but even if he’s not, you still can be a father without fathering the child and either way he seems like a great dad, a few mistakes but hey we’ve all made those, right. Wow, so it’s starts with a pissing contest between two of the strongest personalities in Cory’s life, his big brother that has looked out for him and been like a dad really from day dot, and his boyfriend who will, well MINE says it all really. Cameron kept Corys secret all those years even with all the brotherly antics, Caiden too, quieter, but I think had a big hand in looking out for cor cor as well. As for Card Snr, SOB doesn’t deserve to have those boys in his life at all, and sorry but Eliane, if you have to choose your kids over you’re SOB husband should be pretty easy. Seeing Keenan leading the charge with the Brothes Card, that’s what life long friends do... the bit about pre-K and Cory’s broken heart, with evil looks from CCC, priceless, just shows how much they love, accept support their youngest brother.(also the similarity in personalities between Efrain and Connor, protective, possessive but overall loving) Then you’ve got uncle John, nice guy, must have been hard for the Frederick family to sit back all those years, and even harder to tell all to Cory. Efrain’s folks are going to have a shit fit when this all come out, and I think Efrain is far from done here, not with his brothers but his folks might want to watch out. Dayne, this is amazingly written, and am just blown away. Thanks a million just loving it. Please keep on going 😍😍😎

Finally make brothers 3.. thought they’d lost the map from the great lone star state that heads north to them Yankees bahahahhaah.. Cory needs these guys to support and accept him, promising since they haven’t punched Efrain Out whe he answered the door, maybe there more like his moms family than the Cards. Awesome journey, feel like I’ve been riding a white knuckle roller coaster thanks Dayne, loved it, can’t wait more.

Cory is broke, a shell of what he was, who he thought he was. Efrain is doing a great job in trying to hold Cory together, and hopefully with the help of the other guys they can help,Cory rebuild, but he’ll never be the same person again, his own self belief is gone. I’m praying that the Card boys come thru... their connection when younger says more about them than their parents outlook,, and I’d guess that if one brother caught Cory with a guy, the rest know. You’re insight into Cory’s pain and follow on is amazing Dayne, thanks, look forward to the next. J

Wow , I’m still just blown away by his parents, at least he has a great support group in Preston and Keenan, with Efrain finding his nurturing compassionate side, still I want to go and smack Connor Snr one in the mouth SOB. Just because Cory is a big guy, people think there tough and without feeling, I’ve found most of the time thier more like (off the playing field) softies. Like those Cadbury crème cantered eggs, hard on the outside but all gooie and yummy on the inside, another fantastic story Dayne, thanks and looking forward to,the next 😍😎

Rudolph and Penelope, they are just the worst of people, to exert control either, physical, emotionally or financial is just shi#. I hope Kyle and Blu can work it out, great story, thanks (still would like to take Rudi out behind the shed and give him what for... )

Ah, Rudolph is a SOB, Christopher is not much better, as he could have clued his childhood friends in on what was happening and made it backfire on Kyle and Kaleb’s parents, but yeah nah. So well written guys, loved it and thanks for sharing with us all.

I can understand that his folks might have been surprised, even disappointed (as that age can be, more too do with the times they grew up in) but he’s their son, their flesh and blood. You’ve got to support you’re kids with who they love, that heart wants what the hearts wants. I was just so shocked, and his mom just sat back and was almost as bad, différence was she wasn’t yelling, but equally as hurtful. I hope the Card boys gather around their little brother, and make their folks see sense, I’m sure Cory is crushed by it, and like (most/all) we crave our parents love and validation, extremely well written Dayne, wow, just wow.

It has been a fantastic adventure to watch these guys grow, and explore their lives together, thinking all,the way back Cory arrives as a freshman, like the country kid coming to the big city for the first time, free’d of the shackles of his home life, Efrain, from being just interested in hooking up and no emotional connection had been fantastic, thank you. Also understanding and becoming attached to the ensemble cast as well, from the GSA guys to the Brains trust. And the surprise packet, Indie. Thanks Dayne looking forward to the future.

Oh that was such a blast, PAUL, we have a friend that is like that, sometimes he’ll get caught up in processing what’s happening around us, he forgets he’s saying it out loud; I was crying with laughter most of the way thru this chapter. Again Dayne, this is so well written, the multiple levels of conversation going on, also, an unseen impact that this is going to have on Cory and Efrain going forward, it’s all cool, while there in their own cocoon world of supporting mates and school, but the world can be unnecessarily hard at times. Love the story, ok so they couldn't be on shift toghther and in command, but who hooks up first shift. But it's a fun and enticing part of the story, a few looks here and there and occasional bump against each other at work for tension, got to love that. I love it and can't wait for the next chapter.. I could say something cryptic like the bells on proceed code 1 to the nxt 😎

Wow .. loved the dynamic between Preston and Corey's roommates, also the shower scene , that's just damn hot. Love it Dayne.

This is a great story, and well told. The pain in the characters, I can feel it almost like I was there silently watching, great sound track too. I liked disturbed's version too, his voice is almost haunting. Not a good song to play when having had a few bevvies, else the eyes will start leaking. Thanks dahawk, am loving it.

It truly is a very sad, police or other emergency service funerals, including defence. The sad, hollow gut wrenching, faces eteched with confusion and pain. This is very well written, and accurate, who ever this was based on, I feel their pain, well written. John.

Have absolutely loved reading the story of Cory, Rain and the rest of the guys. From th funny moments to the sad and cringe worthy along the way, one of the best I've read. Thanks for sharing this with us all Dayne.

I love how this fills in the lines from where The Card boys come to reconnect with Cory, it's very cool how you are expanding the background stories too, love it thanks Dayne.
