Tyler has a line in an upcoming chapter that really sums up how he's feeling. It is a drastic change for him. His life has done a huge about-face. He's actually spun around a few times and is dizzy. I know everyone wanted blood, guts, and gore when it came to Trevor's death. I didn't want to give him that much focus. In the end.... he's dead. Serves him right. We'll see some more of Corbin eventually. Giles is on the right track. Yes, only 5 more chapters. I'm not sure how long the next story will be. It could be 50 chapters. It could be 20. Whatever the case may be it'll work out somehow.

If Kage were still alive who's to say they would have even met the twins. All things happen for a reason. (Especially when you're the author and can twist it however you want) Not sure if there is a precedent for a shapeshifter-animal shifter mating so you'll just have to wait and see.

I mentioned in another comment that it wouldn't have mattered. Trevor wasn't an animal shifter with self-healing abilities. He could only shapeshift.

It's a relief to know the twins have a good chance for their human sides to regain control. It's going to happen sooner, rather than later. (Author's discretion, not going to spend a lot of time on the details) Although an actual cure might not be possible it hasn'tbeen ruled out. I've dropoed a few super hidden hints. (but then again... I'm pretty sure I've said all along that a cure is improbable, not impossible..... red herring alert. Lol) Trevor needed to go bur he didn't need the attention on him. He wasn't worth it. Scumbag.

I'm a whopping 2 chapters in. It's on a brief hold while I edit the remaining chapters of this. Then I have a short side project I have to finish. Plus two other storyline keep planting seeds. So yeah, I've got enough to keep me busy for a while.
