I am super extroverted. Have been my whole life. Older kid is very very VERY introverted. He was a quiet, watchful, long-time-to-warm-up baby and that hasn't changed 20 years later. Little One is me. Except smaller and male. Loves people, loves new situations, adores being the center of attention, and makes friends everywhere. So do I. Its wild having 2 extremely different parenting experiences. -

Same. But my part of southern Ohio has a ridiculously incompetent mass transit system. (it's a few bus lines that run downtown and back, no inter suburb routes at all.) I wish my suburb even had a bus route at all......but it hasn't for a few years. You can drive 5 miles down the road and there is a stop for the express that goes down town 3x in morning and 3x in late iafternoon m-f -

I have read his Dragon story. My little book was cute, a good descriptor. I know not everyone is into the same things, that's ok. Sometimes I Like just a sweet silly story with no major issues. Like, meals are wonderful and vegetables are good for you. But sometimes, you just wanna have a cinnamon roll or 2. -

Hello all. Sounds like today has been full of interesting adventures for many of us. I just read a cute book about a Dragon and a knight. I do love dragons. Especially silly soft ones that love their human. How is everyone else? -

Thanks tim. It's def been hard on him not seeing friends. I kind of want to make a pod with some other kindergarteners in his section so they could have weekly play dates. In person if they are agreeable to being a low risk pod, but Even if it's online, he would at least get to interact a bit. -

Hey all. I'll chime in with I'm glad to have a group where I can share and find friendship but be comforted in that I am just a nameless leaf on a tree. I'm Sorry tim that someone pushed you to give out private details. Today I refinished a small desk for Little One to use in his schooling. We are setting up a homeschool area since his kindergarten looks like it'll be online. -

I'm 4 days I'll report back on batch3 You might think with as much as I whine about hot weather I didn't spend almost my entire life without AC in my home. Even growing up in Florida we rarely had a place with functioning AC, then again I grew up really poor. -

Hello all. Its miserable here with temp at 92F but with the sky high humidity the feel is 103. I dread my electric bill next month. But not enough to suffer so it'll stay 71 in here. I'm making pickle batch #3 today. The first were strong and too salty. Second were not quite right, a bit too sweet but very crunchy as I prefer. -

Hello all. Hope the day is going well. I cannot wait for the weekend. The local drive in is playing a double feature of the neverending story and labyrinth. Its like the movie theatre, but without overpriced snacks and ya know, other people's germs. -
Thank you. That really makes my day. As far As other stuff, not much honestly. But lemme know what you think.

Thank you for reading. No I meant passed, as in youth passed by not as in youth of the past. But thank you for your thoughts, it's always good to see where a writer could be more clear.

Get ready for spirited discussions. I loved that class (i took something similar a bazillion years ago) and wow some topics had us all fired up. It was interesting to see how so many interpretations of one event there could be. And if that's too late for you let them know that you cannot be on that late. Maybe they will have to get out of bed early to do a morning call. -

Happy Wednesday everyone. Chnages at my work are coming. I'm trying to be excited for them but mostly I feel badly, as if the changes are because I didn't do well in my role. -

Oh no. What an awful thing to have happen. I'm sorry. As someone in healthcare, you should file a complaint. That was not a professional way for them to handle that -

I *know* that here in Ohio there isn't anything that can hurt me in the water.......but having a childhood and most of adolescence in South Florida means I have a deep seated aversion to getting in fresh water....especially murky water I can't see through. -

Side note. Of you have really smelly feet, you can soak them in cold strong black tea. A half hour every week can help feet not be so gross. I made my brother be my guinea pig for this back when we shared a place in our youth. It worked fairly well. His very stenchy feet went down to just mildly offensive in about a month
