One of the best cheeses in the world is Lancashire - really sharp taste, and lovey crumbly texture. Cheshire is similar, but maybe a slightly milder taste. They both make the most delicious cheese-on-toast.
Maybe that's just something to do with the fact that they were the local cheese brands when I was growing up.
(In fact they're so local, that hardly anyone who's not actually from the locality even knows they exist)

Every time I see or hear the word lumberjack I find the words of a certain Monty Python song becoming an earworm in my head for at least ten minutes...
