Exactly, Geron!
And even when it does appear to be undeniably gone ("Time of death 20:48 hours...") it can sometimes still be worth making that one last effort...
Thanks, @Layne. So did I
Cheers, Parker. I think the doctor in the ER room was more than happy to let someone else take over at this point. His job was done.
Thanks for the kind and insightful comments, @Talo Segura
Almost everything you say about the two main characters is correct. However, when I was writing it Mick was definitely not straight in my mind. He does make reference at one point about not having had much to smile about in the past. Maybe something in his past is preventing himself from getting into a relationship just at the moment?
I had a Galaxy S3 a number of years back and, yes, the camera on it isn't the best. I currently have a Galaxy A5 (2017) and that takes cracking photos - every bit as good as most of the point-and-shoot cameras I've used in the past.
I'm not suggesting you shouldn't get a separate camera. There's advantages to doing that as well.
Were you zoomed in 5x when you took that shot? The smallest of camera shake at full zoom could have caused the blurriness.
As for whether you need a new camera, that's really for you to decide. What do you want to use it for? And, if it's only "snap-shots" you are wanting to take, most modern day camera phones take excellent ones.
And that's still a nice photo of Cookie, anyway. (Hope I got the bitch's name right )
I'm doing good thanks. Wet and windy here in Ireland, and forecast says yellow warning for wind (and maybe a bit of snow). Had a nice start to the day - met a good friend for breakfast.
