Paul's shift ended at the firehouse. It was Friday morning, and he headed home from Hailey. He got to the crossroads of the highway, Corbin's and his road. He smiled to himself and turned to go up the ridge to his own house. Corbin told Paul about the invitation to Mattone e Fuoco (Brick and Fire). And for his part the fireman was excited. He actually owned a suit, and it looked like a classy joint. 'I need to pull it out of the back of the closet. Make sure it's gonna be okay.' He soon

Nice poem. I particularly like the lines: i don’t know you but you know me I know it's probably unintentional (just a byproduct of the way you wrote the entire piece), but the way you leave the "i" lower case makes me read it a certain way.

Yeah. I feel that too. Saving as much as I can now so I don't have to work until I'm seventy. 😳 Still, it's nice to dream about it.

I don't do it often. Even told my boss that I just needed a day off, and she was fine with it (probably because I don't do it often). But yeah, it's pretty nice. Retirement will be so sweet someday.

Harris is an incredibly driven man. He has his mission, and he will drive toward it until it is complete. It all hinges on Stefano and Corbin. Corbin is a known entity to Harris, but Stefano? Well, he's another matter entirely.

Paul went for what he thought Corbin wanted. And we all know that he was right. Yet, the memory of someone named Liam held him back. There's some sort of scarring event there. Perhaps in the process of the reveal that dutch oven will indeed pop off. 😉 Thanks for reading, and for the comments.

Hehehe. Okay. A little easier. If you have programs and systems that will only work on your job's network, if you have a VPN from your IT guys, you can make those programs work from anywhere. Mostly. Kinda.

Someone kept logging onto my PayPal account. They never stole anything, but I kept getting these notices that someone was logging in from an unknown system at three a.m. It stopped when I got dual authentication, but only then. Pretty sure my work computer has a keylogger or something ...

Zampa is soooo cute. And Paul is definitely adorable, he can't help it. Mr. Harris has been wronged, and he doesn't seem to take that well, does he? Stefano grows ever closer to Hailey. Is that coincidence? It has to be, right? I mean, could the mole in Harris's team have discovered and leaked Corbin's location, in addition to switching the reference photos? *queue scary music* 😯

Stefano seems to be tracking west, doesn't he? Huh. Weird! There's no way to prove Harris did anything other than "advanced interrogation" techniques to the men who murdered his family. They just happened to show up dead after. Yeah. Let's go with that. 😳 Luca's presence seems to be a very strange coincidence, doesn't it? What's his game? Where does he fit into all of this?
