Now I want to see the Forbidden Ass!

Feel better fast!

TMI warning. If a man can’t hold me down, then he’s bottoming. Otherwise, let’s wrestle for the top! Kidding … Kinda … I’m probably on that kink list somewhere …
-
Out of everything here, THAT is what you find noteworthy? You really are unflappable. lol
-
Absolutely. I’m a giver.
-
Mine are destroyed. Cracked nails, crooked toes, callused like crazy. Nobody wants to see mine. 😕 Sadness.
-
Hey. No fetish shaming! I mean, unless it involves human waste. Urgh!
-
As fetishes go, that’s a tame one. Like away!
-
Oh, it’s on now!

"I work out! Feel me!" For some reason, I don't think that'd work out like I envision.
-
Sounds like you're doing what you're able to do. I know that feeling pretty well. It's hard to "surrender" the activities we'd rather be doing in favor of what our bodies can handle, and that adjustment sucks (no other word for it). Picking it up after you've done so is hard, so great job.

The funniest thing for me ... If I don't work out for more than three days, my shoulders, hips, and lower back all begin to ache. If I work out too much, I'll almost certainly injure my left shoulder. It's a matter of threading the needle between those two things. Working out is maintenance for my body, but too much is asking for punishment later. About fifty minutes a day seems to be the magic spot now. It has taken years for me to figure this out, but that's where my body is at this point in time. I say it like that because I know it'll change once more, and I'll have to adjust to some unknown, new normal. I truly envy people in their mid-fifties or older with great physiques. I'd love to be ABLE to put in the kind of work required for that, but this shell is simply incapable of it. Oh well. We work with what we've got. This is a bit of a funny note. I had a recent vaccination, and the guy administering it gripped my deltoid and said, "Wayne, you need to relax." "Yeah, I am. Go for it." "Re... really?" "Yep." So ... that felt good. I don't look like I work out, but I feel like it. Even to others. LOL

I think people believe it’s a compliment. I have a buddy who can’t gain weight, and I think he’s just as frustrated by the comments he gets as the other side does.

I’ve struggled with weight most of my life, but certainly more now that I’m older. I can’t throw myself into working out like I used to to burn off fat, since I am now prone to injury from overextending myself. So now, I work out 45-50 minutes a day, and I do intermittent fasting. My weight still hovers near 220 lbs, but I’m solid as hell, and strong. So long as I don’t hurt, I’m going to call it a win and just do what I’m able to do. And since I can bench press most haters, I don’t hear comments much. Lol

I think they’re quite fond of anything that fits in their hungry maws.
-
It happened because of your inclination toward cold and your stature. It was a natural choice, really! Then when Dan came along, he had to fit in, so ... Bears.
-
It’s spoken with love. 🐻❄️🐻
-
How'd they go over with the Bears of the house?
-
Yay! 🍕
-
Stop biting the poor bastard! He’s just trying to do his job, quit making him cry! J/K - good luck. Remember, this is something you do for yourself, an investment in your future health.

It dips below freezing, but not many days a year. The average winter temp is probably in the high thirties or low forties. Gotta love the Pacific Northwest. 🙂
-
Gas is so expensive here; we keep the house at 61F in the fall/winter/spring. Luckily, we don't need A/C.
-
Yes! Some do! And they’re just waiting for some brave, heroic boy to try!
-
“I wonder if Bears are ticklish…” Last, ill-fated words of a curious tim. 😝

Crawl in and put cold hands on his warm, cozy body. I bet that’d do it.
