Cumuppances are right around he corners for various people to varying degrees. GREAT CHAPTER - LOVED IT!! It's the kind of wedding I'd like to have - low key registry office do - I'd prefer the slightly fancier venue room- pre loved summer style suits or linen trousers n waistcoats grandad collar shirts and a well planned but relaxed and down to earth day with car boot and charity shop "treasures " antique knick knacks and upcycled decorations and table settings, hedgerow and garden harvested inseason greenery and flowers heavy on the dark red peonies & pastel palette hydrangea, sweat peas and passionflower on their vine (these grow well and thrive on the Hampshire & Dorset coastal areas) for a favoured countryside pub's sometimes under-used/rated function room. Ideal for what we'd want. Great buffet style meal of Asian Fusion main courses & sides and perhaps a fish n chip van or burger van to do miniatures of their signature dishes for the evening guests/buffet Please note ive just put down a few off the cuff ideas!!! It's not like I've been mentally planning this for years last 3 year's!?!? I've even mentally learnt calligraphy so I can mentally do the invites in due course! Next issue find a potential one night stand that I can obsess over and eventually wear down into dating me & once I've got a foot in the door 3 weeks later will be in Clacton-on-Sea on our humpfest- sorry honeymoon!! Wow there is a lot to like in that chapter the unexpected humanity and love, devotion and support for others within an "unrelated" supernatural community or wide ranging "family". Being shown by those who are far from ordinary humans and then there is dogma, determination for eternall extermination, plain honesty, the "best of us" the "worst of them" jealousy of a child by a parent, the death of an "innocent" at the hands of an ally a child returning to the bosum of his family and his people. The potential to stop an ancient protocol being enacted and (paralel!??) worlds being decimated by blinkered obsessional murderous creatures in the name of supremacy and rite!?! Our core earth based supernaturals stimied and a bit adrift unsure how they can effect further change to timelines and outcomes but the true profacy in written form is with those that with luck can halt things and potentially win/end the unatural war!? I'm upset little to perv over or play over in my mind or generally keep me amused until the next chapter is forthcoming? Slacking over the holiday!??? That will never do. I'm loving this story soo much! I could see this being turned into a stage production with a great rep company like Bristol Old Vic doing it justice. The staging could be fun & innovative with back projection for the wetlands areas n the castle etc etc with a revolving set for philpott towers - reminiscent of "The Pajama Game" part open room sets with short corridors between & fantastic lighting set! I only want 4% of the net revenues with no staging cost liabilities!! Once it's touring the biggest regional theatres I'll also require an opening night box at The Mayflower, Southampton we can discuss bar n catering later! I too am enjoying the pov insertions into the story giving another dimension and a peak into characters minset at that point in the action/story line. Shorter (chapter) than we've been lucky to have enjoyed but with more to come it will be worth the wait. You can almost reach out an touch the emotions and turmoil that are swirling around our protagonists!! Loving it all over again! Well done! 🤩😍😇🤭
