Twins in the Kitchen. Looks like the next popular cooking show is about to go into the oven.

Perfect length and frequency for me. I so enjoy reading a quick chapter everyday, that takes only a few minutes to read, as opposed to those long, lengthy, and drawn out ones. Hell, those kinds of chapters you have to get up and pee at least 2-3 times while reading them! LOL!!!!

It's always nice to have a visitor that reassures you everything will be ok - especially when one is concerned about the well being of those they care about. It's time Bruceee got his ass lit on fire!

A serial predator. Bruce really is a piece of work and needs to be brought to justice. My guess, he's probably still doing the same thing. UGH!!!

While Benny and Tom were just as guilty for allowing it to happen, peer pressure is a very influential and powerful tool when wielded by the wrong individual - Bruce. I would hope that Timothy would also get Tom to confess and together, he and Benny fry Bruce to the ground. Again, no less guilty but I'm not sure either would've instigated such a heinous crime had Bruce not had such power and control over them psychologically.

OMG, now those three were serial rapists??? Lookout boys, Timothy is coming for you three for what you did to ALL of those who were innocent!

Ann Marie just got a dose of tough love from Dad. Hopefully, in speaking the truth to her with love, she can move past the pity party and truly see that Timothy has always had her best interest at heart even when she was vile to him. Great Chapter! Happy Boxing Day everyone!

While I enjoyed this story immensely, that's a load of shit that those 3 assholes just walk away scott free. The psychiatrist should've lost his license to practice medicine anywhere for using his authority to illegally detain and hospitalize a patient for his own benefit. The police officer should've been brought up on charges for trying to falsely arrest a citizen, utilizing deceptive and illegal search warrants, again for his own benefit. The teacher, while we weren't made aware of direct collusion in this crime, rightfully left but still should be held accountable. I'm glad the family is finally settling back down to a resemblance of normality but will this ever truly be behind the family if no one is brought to justice for their actions past and present?

Sounds like the mom is coming around to really what's going on and Timothy has been working in everyones best interest all this time. Hopefully the mom will begin cooperating more and these thugs will finally get their just due - at least the psychiatrist and the police officer that are perpetrating this continued disregard for the law and hippocratic oath. It was refreshing to see Timothy's family set down for a nice meal together - nothing shares love more than full bellies and warm hearts! ❤️

WOW!!! It's one thing for a bunch of teenagers to make a huge mistake in life when they're young and they're hormones are raging however, the group think needed to stop then. For the psychiatrist to use his position to declare a patient incompetent and issue and EOD is ground for losing his license. For the police officer to fake a warrant and use his position to place someone in custody is ground for termination and incarceration. The high school teacher wasn't mentioned mentioned so much as only Benny and Bruce seemed to be conspiring and committed an additional crime. Hopefully the teacher has removed himself far from the situation and will be the only one to try to do what's right. Hopefully, Timothy will contact the FBI / MI-5, since the local police were obviously involved and not to be trusted, and these 3 will get sorted as they should have several decades previous!

Even though there was a GASP on the phone call, one has to wonder if the mom already knew Dr Bruce Stevens' background and she was just trying to mislead everyone into believing she was getting therapy when in actuality she was trying to manipulate the situation to her favor? AND, so the goats are arriving! The farm will never be the same ... or is that Randy will never be the same? LOL!!! Timothy and Stephen definitely deserve some normality after all this - once finished, the family should be forever thankful. Hopefully that's the case.

If that's not a love story I don't know what is! True love, and really meaning it, is a rarity. Timothy and Stephen are very lucky to have found each other. ❤️

Holy toledo Batman, that's about to be a mess. LOL!!! Have to say, the bat cave sounds pretty awesome with Gramps help. Hell, I'd never dress on the weekends either with a cave like that!

I had that thought was well until I realized it was Stephen's mom being referred to. Unless I'm completely wrong, AM's mom was never directly interacted with in this chapter. I think she's still having issues with Timothy taking control of the situation out of her hands. Hopefully that will improve once she interacts with AM and sees that she is getting better after all these years of mental anguish.

Wow, the man-cave is coming along nicely! lol Glad AM is continuing to heal and the dad now how visitation privileges - it'll definitely help in her full recuperation. The mom has me a little worried with her impending upcoming visit. Rightfully so, after her past behavior, the visits must be supervised to ensure she doesn't undo all the progress that's been made thus far or have a relapse herself. Great chapter! Always enjoy when gramps is in the scene, just seems like a fun person to be around. Also, he's someone that truly loves and cares about Timothy and Stephen and would do anything for them.

Glad the doctors at University Hospital were given the opportunity to assist AM in getting better - without Timothy's insistence, one wonders how long this might've continued. I'm glad the dad is able to understand the situation and work in AM's best interest, as the doctor said, coddling and telling her it wasn't her fault won't be in her best interest for long term healing.

Wow, the mom is definitely a piece of work. First, who on earth would think hiding something like that would be in everyones best interest regardless of the perceived embarrassment??? I'm glad AM is finally getting better and hopefully the family can all begin a much needed healing process. Thanks to 3 low-lifes and the moms handling of the situation, this family was torn apart and has had to endure more than enough. Time for healing to begin.

No, means no, means no regardless how worked up one is. I'm just wondering if these boys were ever arrested and charged for their crime. If AM was the victim in this mystery, it could explain some of her behavior and reasons never wanting to return to the town - especially if nothing was ever done about it - would certainly explain her hatred toward her family if they just swept it under the rug. If so, shame on them. Hopefully the doctors will get AM the help she needs now that this new revelation has come about. Sounds like the mom may've been the one to sweep it under the rug and having to deal with her own remorse as well. Glad everyone is getting psychiatric care.

Wow, a ton happening in this chapter. First, @Clancy59, I couldn't agree more, the lodge sounds incredible but could do without the animal heads. Once again, dad seems to be the level headed one in this entire fiasco, simply saying to Timothy to he's confident in his decisions and to keep him informed of any progress. I'm hoping Timothy sees that message as a message of support. I too, like many, am perplexed at John and Eva's responses especially being medical professionals. I would've thought those two would've been the first to suggest psychiatric treatment at an appropriate facility. It's obvious, since we now know, there is an underlying psychosis that was triggered by Timothy's intervention. I have a very strong feeling the mom knows far too well what it is and has been trying to cover it up, for whatever reason, all these years. I was delighted to hear that Timothy was getting some normalcy back in his life by resuming regular Saturday dinners with Stephen's family. Timothy is under a tremendous amount of stress at the moment and definitely needs the calmness, normalcy, and saneness that Stephen, Gramps, and the extended family provide.

Honestly, how does one live with all this drama surrounding them which is being cause by two very psychologically unstable people? I said a few chapters back that the apple didn't fall far from the tree and I believe we are now seeing it full point. Triangulation is something that many with psychotic illnesses do in order to manipulate and the mom is definitely trying to do that in every way possible. The dad seems to be the only one not being drug into the manipulation since Eva and John seem to have already acquiesced to the senility of releasing a psychologically unstable person back into society.

Wow, a confusing and frustrating chapter. Timothy is trying his best to help his sister and then seems to have been waylaid / undermined by John and Eva as well as his dad. I can understand Timothy's frustration with all of them. His mom should be ashamed, she's showing that she's no better than Ann Marie. It's one thing to have compassion and concern for someone but to ignore the problem and blame others is something else. Randy seems to always be stuck in the damn middle of everything and everyone. He should just move in with Timothy and Stephen and have a less stressful life as a young adult trying to finish his education. He definitely doesn't need this turmoil or pressure at this stage in his life.

The glimpse we saw of the depth of Timothy and Stephen's relationship was beautiful and breathtaking. Stephen loves Timothy deeply and fully and was so refreshing to see the reciprocation of one spouse taking care of the other in a time of need and love. So enjoyed that beauty on this wonderful Saturday morning! Thank You! ❤️

Well, B.F. Skinner's Operant Conditioning Theory is well at work - bad behavior, knocked out! Soon she'll learn to behave i.e. act like an adult. Stephen's mom has definitely come around from the last time we had the pleasure. Can you imagine having a mom that graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in France. That'd be like having Julia Childs in the kitchen at every meal. OMG, I'd be fat as a whale and probably beached somewhere ... BUT YUM!!! I truly feel for this family, one individual has been allowed to almost tear it to shreds and shake it to its' core. Those that live with a family member that suffers from mental illness are Saints in my opinion. To continuously love some and care about them in the face of constant negativity takes very special individuals. Honestly, I'm not sure I have the patience that Timothy does or that many others do.
