By quitting the organization, with Thiago especially, CJ and crew gain the freedom to do what they want to do in support of what would have been GSA goals, AND gain the leverage of making Ms Tu and Mr R come to CJ's territory if they want his help. Just so, will Janelle learn that she can't do this on her own, nor will people ask how high when she tells them to jump. CJ is learning his political lessons well.

FYI: The Court has about 7000 appeals FILED and never accepts more than about 150 in any given year, so the numbers here for Justice Broman's workload are a fantasy.
