I'm surprised that Bell didn't call the Governor back for a bit of redirect given his wife's testimony. That could have been some serious fun.

It may not be that they're being extra hard on William, as that it might be getting a little old, especially for his brother Mark to hear, especially if William has griped about a particular remark. I thought it was nice of Mark to defend his brother and for Kevin not to be defensive about looking at his own behavior. At some point, a constant diet of "you can do better," gets heard as "you're never good enough."

I could believe this in New Jersey or Rhode Island, but Connecticut? I'll be surprised if the Justice doesn't ask a friend at the DOJ to look into the whole thing. And it won't just be some hired bodyguards at the Watergate; don't the Justices get protection from the US Marshals? And Matt and Mike are exactly who Kyle needs at this moment.

I remember William as the one who insisted on coming down to Malibu to be with Cam after his rape and initiating the regular trips from San Rafael. But, I agree with you that William has moved from promiscuous to aggressive, and I'm sad to see it. Surely William's "exploits" aren't exactly a secret from Mark, and yet he grades himself as "less than" compared to William. Ian and Mary, and Kevin and Cam should point out to Mark that his self-control is actually a major point in his favor.

I also think CJ would appreciate some other tunes, Mexican, with a real sense of justice and injustice: Banda El Recodo, Calibre 50, Chalino Sanchez, Grupo Exterminador, Larry Hernandez, Los Cuates de Sinaloa, Los Originales De San Juan, Los Tigres Del Norte, and Ramón Ayala.

If JM had attempted to apologize or make some sort of amend or otherwise tried to do the right thing, I'd agree. I think this might fall into the category of "natural consequences," but even the wicked get worse than they deserve.

OWEN! OWEN! OWEN! That CJ can write down his emotions and share them with another person, albeit halfway round the world, speaks to CJ's ability to heal without becoming callous. That he shares this with Owen so honestly and with so much vulnerability is quite an invitation for Owen to step into CJ's life. These are steps he hasn't taken with anyone else he's close to, other than Dragon/Devon/his therapist. What is it from the Boy, the Horse, the Fox, and the Mole? Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness, but a determination to not give up, yes? And this is another way that CJ is not like the dickhead or how the dickhead raised him; another victory for CJ, and another reason to get Ritchie out of Miami.

It's hard to ask for help when asking for help is shamed as weakness, as I'm guessing capt dickhead did more than once. OT: Grand Marnier? CJ needs some help with his liqueur tastes.

Being faced with nearly being drugged and raped, I'd say CJ's reaction is completely understandable. Evidence: if it had really been out of line, JM and B would have called the police. They didn't because they knew it would backfire on them. If CJ had carried through, it would have resulted in serious consequences, but I doubt anything more serious than arrest pending a rough investigation.
