    I want to reccomend this story for all who love happy endings. A story of a teenager who lost his parents too early. Then someone steps in and helps him become the great person his parents would be proud of. Rocky got a whole new outlook on life even though there were a lot of ups and downs with not only him but his legal guardian. A must read!

    Sorry for the late comment, but have been out of town having cataract surgery on my 2nd eye. This final chapter made me happy even if it was short. All smiles here and happy they all lived happily ever after!

    Glad Manny has decided on a prosthesis rather than waiting for a transplant. Not sure how the insurance will pay that. As for him adopting Rocky? I love the idea! They really love each other like father and son anyway. Rocky was beside himself when Manny got shot!

    Manny is coming to terms with everything thanks to the psychiatrist. Glad Rocky didn't get too much punishment for the fights. But how is he going to handle 2 of his new friends? Time will tell.

    Poor Manny, having to go through all that! Bass took it hard when Manny threw him out. But going to a psychiatrist will help all of them. Glad Rocky made friends. Bullies are terrible to all newcomers.

    Omg, I am not suppose to cry cause of my cataract surgery so holding back the tears, which is hard to do. Brings back memories of my late husband's amputation of his foot but he had to have it amputated above the knee. Poor Rocky, he is so upset as well as Bass!

    Hope that is all on his hand that gets amputated. It brings back memories of when my late husband had his leg amputated above the knee. If he had gone ahead and had his foot amputated when they noticed it at first then it would have been just his foot. He let the doctors wait a month and a half before they did the amputation so him waiting made it worse. Dr. Ko was right telling Manny that.

    I am glad Manny is alive. Sad though that the customer didn't make it. Glad Manny snuffed Wally though. What he deserved. I was ok until Rocky burst into tears and had to get tissues myself. Thanks a lot, @Lee Wilson! Now, I am going to have swollen eyes. I will get back at you one of these days for doing that! (Cackling like a witch) Shhhh, everyone, don't tell him I don't sound evil doing that. It might not scare him at all! LMAO

    Rocky said, "Cool!" Well, what teenage boy wouldn't! Well, some might not. What are the odds that this kind of things are going to make Rocky a tough teenager and finally an adult? Hope thongs go smoother, but knowing the way @Lee Wilson writes, that might not be the case.

    Ok now you got me interested in the next chapter of why Manny will need a gun in his bedroom soon. Rocky has a "smart" mouth and he is going to get himself in trouble. I know that cause I had a slightly "smart" mouth when I was a teenager. But I had my little sister to take up for me. She was a tom boy and didn't take crap from anyone. Lol
