  1. Yes, Kevin's had more than his share of bad luck.
  2. Thanks for the offer.
  3. Thanks for the feedback, and you are probably correct, but sometimes an author has to take certain liberties to make the story interesting.
  4. Thanks, flesco, and Tristan is starting to fit in nicely. The other situation is an unusual, and it's good that Graham could explain the cause and that the family spirits are keeping Hubbard and Abernathy in check, but what will happen next? Will more attacks take place or will they be able to get rid of these unwanted visitors. Stay tuned, because it may take a few chapters to iron this out.
  5. Thank you. I'm glad that helped out.
  6. I didn't realize it was missing for Book 2, but it's added now. You'll find it listed before Chapter 1.
  7. I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter. Yes, broken hearts are never easy to overcome. We all deal with this, some more than others.
  8. You should have gone online, that's how I found it. lol
  9. I'm glad you're enjoying the Currie's road trip, and Nick might end up surprising you.
  10. Yes, that's why I include the background chapter so you can look them up at any point.
  11. Yes, Graham's ability has predicted events that they would rather have avoided, but he's also informed them of situations they wouldn't have otherwise know about. It has been both a bane and a boon.
  12. Yes, even though Sally and Steve mostly try to guide the boys to the Hotel that they feel will fit in, sometimes things still go awry. I'd heard they had implants for Kevin's situation, but I wasn't sure I wanted to put him through that multiple times. I knew a couple of boys with one testicle over the years, but those were because they hadn't dropped, but they survived with only one. Thanks for the feedback.
  13. @hobo Yes, problems do arise and sometimes we aren't able to deal with them. We can only hope that this will be a wake up call, rather than a sign of what the future holds - or worse.
  14. On rare occasions it's the only way.
  15. I was hoping the readers might think it was Tristan's parents, especially his dad, so this little misdirection paid off. Obviously it took Hubbard and Abernathy some time to figure out how they could interact with the living, but once they had that problem solved, it seems that they've come back seeking revenge. Thank goodness the family has Graham to help them solve problems with the supernatural. Thanks for the feedback.
  16. Please don't overreact to this one episode, because it's not something that gets repeated. Josh was only reacting to the boys' request.
  17. I know this has been a controversial part of the story, but the boys are seeking his help. It's not something that will happen over and over.

    Back Together Again

James, with so many characters in this story it's not easy to bring them all back into the limelight. Sometimes there will just be a brief mention of how they're doing, but you will see Nicky and Jordan back in this series, although only briefly. Thanks again for the feedback.

    A Close-knit Family

James, thank you for the high praise and I'm glad you are enjoying this series. I'm not sure how long it may continue, however, since each book takes a lot out of me, and if you've looked at my profile you've seen that I'm not as young as when I started this. Thanks again and we'll see what the future holds.
  20. Yes, sometimes things do work out as planned.
  21. I agree with your comments, but you must remember that Ricky knew Josh before this, since he attended Josh's school and they got along fairly well. Danny, on the other hand, had a rough situation with his dad, and having Ricky as an example, he was thrilled to have a positive relationship with another male who was now taking the place of his dad.
  22. Yes, not only does Graham predict potential tragedies from observing shadows, but he can see ghosts as well. Thanks for the feedback.

    Problem Solving

James, thank you for the feedback. Yes, I think we're all sad when the little birdies leave the nest, but that's another stage in the circle of life. The situation with Sam and Grant needs to be resolved, so we'll see what happens. I'm glad you're enjoying this series and I hope that continues, and I look forward to hearing from you again.
  24. Thank you, but it's not over yet.
  25. Thanks, tor.
