No, I think Rusty won't know about the Kitty's identity so soon. My dumb guess is that he'll be falling for both Matty and Kitty, as he saw in his weird threesome dream. Rusty will ask Matty, his teacher, to make the Kitty fall for him. Meanwhile Matty will struggle. He can reveal his true identity and risk losing Rusty forever. Or he can keep pretending to be Matthew without the costume and have Rusty's trust and be Kitty at other times and have Rusty's love as well.
