If the earth reaches the stage of being ice free then the vast majority of the surface will be uninhabitable in the parameters we currently use. Maybe populations will have moved underground and developed new ways of producing food.

Double Wow! - you finished the whole thing in about a day? In fact I wasn't satisfied with the last chapter. When I reread it now it does feel like a 'tie up the loose ends' chapter rather than an integral part of the story. Oh well! And once again - THANK YOU for all the feedback.

Wow! How many times have I thanked you for your reviews Stephen?Well, I'll keep thanking you because they're totally appreciated.lol - the country is 'kind of' imaginary but the hamburgers aren't. Almost every food place which sells hamburgers has 'The Lot' as one of their menu options and all those ingredients are the norm.
