I’m surprised that 14 years after initial posting I’m the first to write a review. I’m not a good commenter, but I had to share my opinion this piece has a bit of everything a great story should provide. Characters that endear you, humor that has you laughing in an empty room, steamy bits that make you shift in your seat blushing, and warm fuzzies you may or may not want to admit to catching. While this is the middle child of the Confounded series, it should not be underestimated as it’s an outstanding story.
